As we trust some companies, we usually order their products and services and mostly when we walk into their stores or branches, we actually walk in to these places based on the trust we have on these companies, not based who is working their as salesmen or associates. And it is vital for the company’s name and reputations to fully vet and evaluate their employees before hiring them and put all their business name and reputation on their hands. On 2/9/2024 between 3-4pm I walked into Cricket Wireless store at this location, mainly because I trust their services and find their family plans a bit more economic. Up on my visit I met with Raphael where he explained that paying 130.00$ monthly for 4 lines, I would qualify for 4 free phones. I agreed and in the middle of setting up my account he said he remembered a promotion where he can save me 50.00$ initially and that would put me on 100.00$ monthly for 4 lines if I agree to not get free phones. Which sounded a better deal considering no need for the new phones, and accordingly I agreed and he proceeded with setting up the account. Now instead of 320.00$ I will be paying 270.0$ to set up my account and this would include my first month payment with some credit towards my account. After transaction was completed went home and downloaded the MyCricketphoneApp in order to check my account and plan. I realized that I am showing due payments for next month for 138.00$ and to my surprise found 4 phones with their IMEIs listed under my account. Means I pay 8.0$ protection and 30.0$ extra on each moth for 4 phone that Cricket Wireless sales associate (Raphael) is going to use. I am writing this review for all consumers awareness that Raphael cannot be trusted and if any of Cricket Wireless authorities are reading this review should know that their company’s reputation is at risk. They have a couple of young girls working both times I’ve been in there and they do a great job. Pleasant surprise with the quality of customer service these days . I would recommend this particular location

BIANCA O is the best! The store was packed however, her professionalism, thoroughness and speed didn’t lack for ONE MOMENT. She answered my husband’s 1,000 questions (with a smile). We appreciate you Bianca!!!!

This Cricket Wireless Store Is Horrible It Doesn't Even Deserve 1 Star To Be Honest. On Thursday Febuary 17th 2022 I Purchased A Motto G Phone Because My Phone I Was Suppose To Get On A Warrenty Claim Never Showed At My Home So I Purchased Another Phone Because I Don't Have A Phone If I Was To Have A Medical Emergency Somthing Happen With My Family No One Would Be Able To Contact Me. So The Manager I Spoke To Said I Have 6 Days To Return The Phone & Said I Would Get A Full Refund Of $175.00 Dollars So On The Next Day On The 18th Febuary I Return The Phone And I'm Told I'm Only Getting $144.00 Dollars Back Because There Was A Upgrade Fee Which I Was Never Told That ByThe Store Manager Which This Falls Under Slamming Customers Which Is Illigal To Do I Worked In Sales For At&t 4 Years In Sales. So The Worker At This Cricket Store Was On The Phone With The Manager On Speaker Phone Lied On The Phone Said She Told Me There Was A Upgrade Fee Which She Didn't Tell Me This I Asked The Store Managers Name & She Refused To Give Me Her Name. So The Young Lady At The Store I Noticed Was Video Recording Me On On Her Phone So I Pull Out My Phone And Started Recording Her She Asked If I Was Recording Her I Told Her I Was Then When I Confront Her About Recording Me She Lies About It And Threatens To Call The Police On Me I Don't Care If She Records Me Because The First Amendment Gives Anyone The Right To Video Record But I Have A Problem With This Young Lady Threatning Me Saying She Was Going To Call The Police On Me When No Crime Was Commited So If Police Was To Come Then This Young Lady Could Get In Trouble & Arrested For Transmitting A False Alarm Texas Penal Code - PENAL § 42.06. False Alarm or Report So When I Asked For This Young Girls Name She Refused To. Give Me Her Name Because She Was Being Very Rude & Nasty To Me Then I'm Told By This Young Lady If I File A Complaint On Her That No One Would Do Anything About It Basically Mocked Me Like She Can Treat Customers Bad & She Will Have No Consiquences For Her Actions This Young Lady Can't Lie And Say She Didn't Say This Because It Was Recorded On My Phone & Recordings Don't Lie Plus My Mom Was With Me And Witnessed This Young Lady Say This. So Know I'm Out $25.00 Dollars And Treated Really Bad By People In This StoreI Never Yelled Caused A Scene The Time I Was In This Store. So I Am Asking To Speak To. The Owner Or District Manager Of This Store If This Issue Doesn't Get Resolved And Dealing With This Cricket Employee & Store Manager I Will File Complaints With The Texas Attorney General Federal Trade Commission & This Video Will Be Going On YouTube Facebook Other Social Media Sites Which I'm Very Well Known On YouTube And Have A Very Large Following Where People Will See How This Store Trears Customers Really Bad And Cheat Customers Out Of There Money. I Don't Yell Cuss People Out I Do Things The Right Way And I Will Put This Out Where People Will See How This Store Cheats A Customer & How I Was Treated Really Bad. This Issue Needs To Be Addressed With This Employee And Store Manager Because This Isn't Right I've Already Filed One Complaint Wiith Cricket Wireless & If This Issue Isn't Addressed There Will Be More Complaints Coming Towards This Store.

I recently went to 1405 Jupiter! to get a phone, great customer service. Bianca did an amazing job! but cricket come on!! yawl have these nice people working in the heat!! I was sweating bullets while waiting on my phone to be switched. the reps did amazing. but the working environment is awful.

Luis did a great job getting me into the perfect phone for me. He also gave me a great deal on a case and screen protector. He went out of his way to make sure I had all my information transferred from my old phone to my new phone. He even helped me recover my Gmail account and password. He knows what he is doing and he is excellent at it! I would give him 10 stars if I could. If you are looking for a new phone, go see Luis at 1405 Jupiter!
