I've purchased two cars and had a great experience and the sales people were knowledgeable. The service department is very responsive to telephone calls and getting my vehicle in when it requires service work. I like there is an option of a loaner car or ride home (with a return pick up!) when needed. The waiting area is very nice although I haven't had a need to use it. I believe there is an option to order a small meal while waiting. Great in case you need it!

Horrible customer service and very shady dealership. I never experienced anything like this at Park Place with my Volvo or BMW. I finally talked to the Director, Jeremie, who at least had the courtesy to pick up the phone and call me as that was my request after getting repeated texts from Jarryd in the service department regarding my vehicle which didn't answer my repeated questions as to what exactly I was being asked to pay for. I understand this is a business. I'm a business person. But ripping off customers isn't good business practice. They refused to give me a loaner because they 'didn't have one available and would put me on a wait list' yet my car was there for 9 days and I inquired about this several times. No clear communication on the problem or the solution. My car was stuck in park and I had to have it towed there. I initially authorized a $207 diagnostic fee over the phone and it took them four days to even look at my car. Once they did, I received a text a day and half later with an additional 'diagnostic fee' of $570 as 'the tech had spent a day and a half testing my car and couldn't find anything.' It was determined there was a water leak but they couldn't figure out where it was coming from. There were several inches of standing water under the front and rear seats (where I could not see it and nothing was visibly wet) which caused the car to malfunction and lock up. It was never communicated to me ahead of time that I would potentially be asked to pay more for additional time needed for diagnostic. My issue is with the lack of communication regarding the policy (if there even is one and I highly doubt there is.) The director assured me it would go toward the repair but again, they didn't find anything?! How can they in good conscience charge me for essentially nothing? You don't pay a car dealership service department solely for labor. You pay for them to fix your problem. I felt like I had no choice as I was told my car was in pieces and they wouldn't spend any more time trying to figure out what was wrong without me authorizing additional charges. At this point, I was already planning to take this up the chain, as I was clearly tagged for some reason although I'm quite certain I don't have 'stupid' written across my forehead. The nail in the coffin for me was when I showed up at 9am on Wed to pick up my vehicle and they KNEW I was coming to pick up then, they brought my car out and it was disgustingly dirty on the inside and in worse shape than when I dropped it off because they removed all the flooring and mats and 'let them dry out' but they left all the debris from them in the bottom of my floorboard. My rubber mats were wadded up and stuffed in the very back behind the backseat, along with my car seat. They don't even do a courtesy vacuum. I was appalled and almost speechless. The only positive part of the entire experience was Francisco, the very kind and service oriented gentleman who brought me my vehicle, as he took one look at my face when he handed me the keys and when he saw the inside of the car, he seemed embarrassed. He asked me if I had 20 minutes and I said yes. He then took my car and cleaned it very thoroughly and put the mats back where they belonged. He even offered to help me reinstall my car seat, but I declined. I sincerely thanked him for his kindness and attention to customer service. I'm glad to know it's not completely dead.I also just realized I was charged an $80 environmental disposal fee as a percentage of labor but for what?! Disposal of water? Beyond absurd. It just keeps getting better! I will never return to Crest Volvo. I love my car but they have lost a customer for life.

I had a great experience at Crest Volvo in Frisco! Tim Warner was the most knowledgeable and professional sales associate I have ever dealt with. My faith in car dealerships has been restored!Update, I was having a few minor issues with my car. Service has been incredible. They go above and beyond to take care of customers and make sure that they are happy. Great service! I recommend crest Volvo to all of my friends and family

We just purchased our second car from Crest, and the experience was as good, if not better, than the first time around. Billy Smith (sales) and Max Caplin (finance) helped us with the process, and it was smooth sailing all the way. My partner was the one purchasing this time, and she was treated with kindness and respect—both Billy and Max engaged her directly (not through me), which is exactly how it should be. Our son also appreciated the stuffed moose the sales manager sent home with us for him!All of our experiences with Crest have been good, both in sales as well as in service—Lyn Ford has taken care of our service needs for years now, and he does a fantastic job making sure everything gets squared away, keeping us in the loop throughout. The car we bought this time around is great, and we’re very happy with it. We’re looking forward to many more safe miles in our Volvos, and feel confident that we’ll continue to be in good hands with Crest.

Went a couple days ago to help a friend buy a car and was shocked that an official Volvo dealership does business this way. As someone who is usually cynical of car sales I was beyond shocked at the extent they went to rip my friend off. The sales woman was very professional and straightforward but Locke and Rachel in finance is where the inherent problems lie. What to look out for when buying a used car here: 1) Look up the Kelley Blue Book Price and make sure they match it. 2) Go to your Bank before hand and make sure you know what your interest rates are. It’s better to do two hard checks then to let Crest scam you. 3) They’ll make you sign a sheet with an agreed upon price, sales tax and compulsory option. Make sure that price matches what finance says and make sure you know your total price without warranties before you start that discussion. 4) Locke in Finance or whoever you’re talking to will first give you a high rate of interest and then tell you a monthly cost, make sure he doesn’t use the interest rate as a way to reduce your payment. Make sure any discounts he gives you he quotes the full price not monthly. It’ll be even better if you secure your own financing. 5) Don’t buy any warranties till you’ve finished the purchase of your car. If they say you won’t get the same rate just buy it from another dealership. 6) He’ll say Zak Protect is included with the compulsory options but will charge you separately for it so be careful. 7) they are the only authorized dealer that doesn’t do 4-7 day returns so make sure you look around 8)READ every single line of every single contract because if you go back to renegotiate they’ll make you wait for hours and then tell you to go to Volvo financial who will only respond once the refund period is over. Overall it was a decent buying experience till finance scammed my friend of over $6k so make sure you protect yourself and don’t let their fancy exterior give them any relevancy because at the end of the day they’re as bad if not worse than the other dealers

I love Volvo but dealing with Crest for maintenance and dealing with the body shop has convinced me to look elsewhere. The fact that simple maintenance is a 24hr turnaround is insane. The body shop is blatantly robbing insurance companies. The supplemental requests have prolonged a simple body repair and turned it into over a month long project. The estimate to repair a dent is now exceeding 7k. Not sure if it is a lack of staff, or just a lack of care. Just a garbage experience every time I set foot at the dealership.

It was truly a great experience and ranks at the top of my car purchase experiences all time. I appreciated that I was able to negotiate via email/text and that the 'sign the paperwork' process was so efficient and quick. Previously I've had great experience with your service dept but my dealings with sales weren't great. I'm so glad to see how things have changed since the last time.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our first Volvo here at this location. I would like to Recognize Max & Locke for their Knowledge & Professionalism through the whole process. Max gave us a tour with being our first time, set us up for our first maintenance appointment, introduced us to one of his service team member. I mean Max went above and beyond making us feel valued. Locke, thorough & funny during the paperwork process. We were both impressed with the exceptional service we received from Max & Locke yesterday. Thank you guys

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Crest Volvo with Oscar Morales! I typically hate buying a car because of how I get treated as a woman. Oscar was so nice, accommodating, making sure I was always comfortable, offered me water, and just went way above and beyond! This was my first Crest Volvo purchase and I will definitely be a return customer! I will add he spent time in the car showing me all the features it has and how to customize it before I left the dealership. I've never had anyone take the time to do that, and even offered for me to return if I needed help with it a day or two later. You have an excellent salesman in Oscar Morales! Thank you, Crest Volvo and thank you again, Oscar!

Billy was an absolute pleasure to work with! He listened to my concerns and helped me make an informed decision. I loved his total honesty about the vehicles and how Volvo continues to strive to make the safest vehicles which is why i choose Volvo for a second time. Rachel was so sweet and helpful in making sure I only got what I needed. As always crest Volvo continues to earn my business with top quality service.

I had a great experience at Volvo Crest. Bailey was amazing she helped me get my first car and was not pushy. She helped me understand everything and was super personable. Highly recommend going to her. Overall the facility is clean and it’s an easy process.

Tim and Rachael were great to work with. The car that we had came in to look at was too small for our needs, so we ended up going with the XC 60 from beginning to end. I cannot recommend a better car buying experience. We absolutely adore this Volvo, it is such an amazing vehicle.

So far my experience with Crest has been a very positive one. I stopped by one afternoon just to ask a question and pick up some lug nut caps for my car. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and have been taken care of by the service and parts departments well. This will def by my first choice of dealer when it’s time to trade mine in and now will be my first choice in service.

If there was a way to give NO stars, I would. I had my Volvo towed on Wed, July 5, 2023 to make sure it would be there by the time of my scheduled appointment, 7:45 am Thurs, July 6. When the service advisor (Brian Bingham) called me that afternoon, he said they could not jump the battery (DUH The appointment was to replace the battery, as was documented when I made the appointment) so they pushed it to the back lot and "hoped to get to it on Monday," July 7. I reminded him of my scheduled appointment but he claimed there were a lot of cars "ahead of me" then he said my appointment was only to determine what was wrong, not to fix it. No one told me there were two different appointment types and frankly, I don't believe a word of this.So now I'm stuck with their substandard service unless I want to have it towed to another dealership at my expense. I have no confidence that the car will be started much less finished on Monday.AVOID CREST VOLVO UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!Sure enough, I heard from him today (Fri) and he confirmed they would "try to get started on it on Monday. I can't remember when I've had such poor service.
