I recently purchased a car with Crest Volvo and the transaction was great. My salesman, Ricardo, was fantastic. He was friendly, relatable, knowledgeable, and made the transaction incredibly smooth. Ricardo was able to give great information about the cars I test drove and was patient when it came down to deciding which car was my ultimate choice. Rachael in financing also did a great job, she stayed after hours to make sure all paperwork was finalized and was very personable. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will definitely work with Crest Volvo again.

I bought a 2017 XC90 on 9/7/24 and I brought it back in on 9/9/24 letting my sale's advisor Brandon know I hear a "whistling noise" coming from what it appears to be the front passenger side. I only noticed this noise when I drove the car with the front windows down. I was assured it was checked by the service team that day and they could not hear the noise. The noise is still there. The following day on 9/10/24 I turn on the car and I see a check engine light on! I just bought this car a few days ago!
I called your service team today 9/11/24 and they advised me I will have to bring my car in and it will take 24-48hrs to diagnose. I asked if I can get a loaner car, they advised me a loaner car will not be available until 9/20/24. Horrible service to a brand new customer! I'm very disappointed!!

Buying a car is intimidating but the team was really helpful! They matched my carmax trade in value and gave me a free cargo cover! Jorge was extremely accommodating in hitting all the points that were important to me in buying a car. Brandon Navarro made the financing part of it easy and I got a really good interest rate.

Stay away from this Volvo dealership. They will be great and wonderful when you’re trying to buy your new Volvo. But once you need service, it’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We have left multiple messages for service advisor at this dealership and have yet to hear back. Every time we call no one seems to be able to get a hold of a service advisor, now we are concerned that we will get stuck in the middle of a highway because Creat Volvo will not assist with the service of Volvo that was purchased there not long ago. Apparently, all of their service advisors are never available to speak to anyone. I hope that this review will alert buyers to stay away from this dealership and go buy somewhere else where you will actually get service in the event that you have issues with your Volvo.

All around awesome car buying experience! I do not jump in right away when buying a car so it took several visits to Crest Volvo. I actually started looking 3 months before making a purchase. Michelle was patient, professional, and kind. She helped me search for the right car and set up test drives as needed. We communicated by both phone and text. It was nice knowing I was on her radar as she sent me possible car choices and periodically checked in by text during the months between my first test drive to my last. I never felt pressured throughout the whole buying process. All the Volvo staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend checking out Crest Volvo.

We are very disappointed with Crest Volvo service department. We have had to bring our car in several times for the exact same problem. Service director Jeremy Chapman is so rude. We will not buy Volvo again.
