This place is a rip off stay clear. I went in for a car that was 28500 and ended up paying 37,380 out the door being double charged for products that are not required. Shame on me for not requesting my paperwork prior to walking out the door. That it was you get for trusting people like Rachael M. or Caden. I will never purchase another care at this establishment. They lied about the car having a 5-year warranty to get you in the door (red flag) car really only had a 2-year warranty. Stating that the CPO carried a 5-year unlimited miles warranty leaving out that it included from Enterprise purchase the car.
These people are unethical with their business dealing I am surprised that Warren Buffett has any ownership with this company. I had high regard for him until today.
I will never and I do mean never purchase anything else from this company. I advise you to stay clear. Only go there if you want to be ripped off.

Fabian was kind, responsive, and helpful! No issues with him at all. However I am dissatisfied with the insane cost of repairs. I went in for a nonfunctional key fob, I paid $270 for the diagnostic, which just consisted of the technician opening the key fob, cleaning it, and adjusting the battery, which I could have done myself. I was quoted about $700 for a new key fob. I got a new key made by AJ Locksmith for $550 total after tax, and they were able to come to me next day. The technician said I needed new tires and quoted me over $700 for two new tires. I am scheduled to get a full set of new tires from Discount Tire for $600 after tax. The tech also said I will need new brake pads. I will be seeing Spring Creek Auto Repair for this service. Do not go to the dealership for any repairs unless absolutely necessary, they are 100% tryin to get over on you.

Had a great experience at Crest. I worked with Allison Owens who was fantastic and answered all my questions. She was able to get me the perfect XC90 for the right price. Everyone I worked with at this dealership was super friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel like I was getting swindled or anything like you do at most dealerships. I feel like they were all actually trying to help me get the best deal. I feel really good about this purchase. Thank you Crest Volvo team!

I’ve purchased several cars from Crest Volvo and have had great experiences every time. The process is easy and welcoming, and working with Max, Rico, Duncan, and Locke feels more like working with people you know and trust than a typical dealership. I trust them with all of my vehicles, and between my wife and me, we won’t go anywhere else.

As a young woman car shopping alone can be very daunting. But, Jaime was amazing and a very knowledgeable car salesman. Every question I asked he knew the answer to. He answered my inquiry on a Sunday and had a list of cars ready for me to test drive by Monday.
He listened to my needs and continued to stay in touch with my throughout the week. I appreciated his willingness to find me my exact car I wanted.
He stayed in touch to let me know if anything new came in that I might like.
I absolutely will recommend not only Crest Volvo to everyone but Jaime specifically. Could not have had a better experience!!

DONT LOOK HERE!!! Terrible manager PETE SHELLWORTH, we look at vehicle yesterday night until closing. DANIEL sale person agree on setting us appointment in the morning to run credit we did that since it was closing time and another 45 min wait for finance so we agree to process everything in the morning. Waiting for call back to deposit and pick up the car today morning. Never called back and sold vehicle. They ran HARD credit check even knowing we were first in line in the morning but they didn’t care ran another person credit as well. UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and PETE SHELLWORTH is not organized with his sale team and knowing who in line in purchasing the car. Don’t run your credit here at this location can’t be trusted. They don’t care about their customers that walk through the door first. I will not be looking for another vehicle at this location. Can’t be trusted but they will run a hard credit on you even if the vehicle might sell to someone else they won’t tell you until credit is done. UNPROFESSIONAL!!

If you are looking for an amazing sales experience with people who go above and beyond, look no further if you are interested in a Volvo! Jaime and Tyler are incredible! We live in Sherman and Tyler drove the X90 up to just allow my daughter to test drive as she has little ones and it’s hard to break away. EXCEPTIONAL service. Tyler was one the nicest and kindest salesman I have ever met.
