Credo is one of my favorite places to shop. I love the layout, the product array, LOVE the staff (Nick is the BEST). This is clean beauty headquarters for all of the brands (Kosas, Illia, TaTa, Goop, and tons more). The team is extremely knowledgeable and low pressure.

Went in on a rainy evening to buy makeup for my upcoming birthday portrait session.Thank you to Chandler for doing my face and giving me tips on makeup application.This tired mum had a lovely time and felt treated wonderfully.

Been to this location 100 times and have never had a negative experience until… I walked in this week and a gentleman immediately bombarded me about finding skincare products after I had already told him twice that I was in for hair care. He continued to recommend serums to me to which one I replied that the ingredients break me out from that particular one. After stating this he proceeds to tell me I have “incorrect misconceived ideas of skincare” and I should “go see a dermatologist” to educate myself. After trying to walk away multiple times to continue shopping he also continued following me around the store with more insults about what he determined is my skincare knowledge (still ignoring that I was in for hair care) which is when I found out he is not even employed by Credo. Credo if you want your loyal customers to keep returning I’d say this random “guy” is working against you. Would have bought more, but I came for a nice day of shopping not being insulted before I’ve even gotten half way through the door.

I've had the hardest time finding a concealer to match my skin tone and Nick is MAGICAL! He helped me find a perfect match in just a few moments, applied it for me so I could be confident, and had perfect recommendations for any beauty category I had product questions about! Thank you, will definitely be back!!!

I love shopping at Credo Plano! All of the sales associates are knowledgeable and kind and the products are fantastic. Nick helps me find a new favorite skin care product every time I go in.

This is high-end store with some fantastic products, but the atmosphere is absolutely suffocating. As soon as I walked in, I started speaking with a kind saleswoman about clean beauty products, and less than a minute into the conversation, another salesperson rudely interrupted and positioned himself between me and the 1st salesperson. Not only was this impolite and uncalled for, but it was a complete violation of my personal space.I understand stores like Credo can be a very competitive sales environment, but this level of aggressive behavior is atrocious. This blatant disregard for basic courtesy and professionalism left me no choice but to excuse myself and leave. All I wanted to do was have an informative and uninterrupted conversation regarding clean beauty with the saleswoman, but clearly this was too much to expect from Credo's staff.

I came here a little while ago looking for gift ideas for my best friend’s birthday. I didn’t really know where to start but Tiffany helped me purchase a really nice mascara, primer, and lip stain. I also wanted to find a new concealer so Tiffany matched my shade, found me a really good concealer and applied a setting powder I was interested in. I asked her to teach me how to use both products because I’m not really very good at blending ? I needed all the help I could get. I’ll be going back soon because I made an appointment with her for a full makeup look tutorial.

Credo is my favorite store. Everyone is so friendly and educated. I came in back in July with horrible acne, dermatologists couldn’t even cure it. I mostly use Osea for skincare and my face hasn’t looked this good in 2 years. I always leave the store very happy and feeling great about myself. I usually work with Chandler when I go in. I’m all about clean skincare, makeup, and fragrance now. Refuse to go elsewhere. Also love their mini facials that are performed on the retail floor to get more educated and to treat myself.

Went in looking for a clean tinted skin product to replace what I had been using by Tarte and Fyruz(sp?) was so very helpful. I needed a new mascara too and was able to get me one with my Credo points! I usually prefer to just find things on my own but I was so grateful for Fyruz’s knowledge and assistance! Cannot express enough my appreciation and gratitude and I also already love the products she directed me to! Thank you times a million!

Nick is extremely knowledgeable on all products and very sweet. I came in with my mom, who is new to clean beauty and he really spent the time showing her a variety of skincare items and educated us on everything we asked about. All staff is super friendly and helpful. We drove in from Houston and I wish I lived closer to come all the time! We will place all of our Credo orders through this store moving forward.
