This was the worst experience I've ever had. These people did nothing to help me with my credit and then did not uphold their money back guarantee. They actually made my credit worse than when they started. They got a lot of my good payment history deleted, did not fix my personal information, and got a collections from over a decade ago added back on. I hope and pray that no one uses these people and loses their money too.

I rarely post reviews but I decided to in this case to warn others who are seeking credit repair. I feel mislead and honestly duped out of over $1100 from this company(now known as Dispute My Credit) as I've seen no results. I wanted to cancel this program but was told that I was past the 3 business day mark so I had to continue. I was hoping that things would turn around and see results, but all I've gotten is a bunch of correspondence from the creditors which I submitted to them and no updates on my credit report to showcase the items in dispute were removed. If you are seeking credit repair, please stay away from these people. I hate I fell for the sales pitch from my neighbor who works for this company. Just a bunch of empty promises and no results.

I paid 300 to remove a few items off of my report. Literally not a single thing was removed. Not only that in was told there was no monthly charges and they charged my card 2 times for $99. After calling back multiple times and have ing my card company getting involved, I finally was reimbursed but indo not recommend them for credit repair. Literally the biggest waste of $300 I have ever done.

I have no review at this time. My services with them hasn't begun yet, but their name has changed. It is now'Dispute My Credit'. Within days of contacting the service the company was bought by someone else.

I spent 7 months and $1,300 with CRE and was very disappointed with the results. I was guaranteed a score in the 700's after 6 months with their program and never even made it out of the low 500's. In fact, my credit score is lower now than it was when I first started with CRE. Phillip Scott mislead me, especially after I told him that I had a bad experience with another credit repair company. The money back guarantee was all b.s. I would definitely not recommended CRE to anyone. Shame on me for being a victim of a credit repair company TWICE!

I dealt with Jason Sepelak. Was told it was a money back guarantee. It is with strings attached. He also said that he had a good chance of removing my bankruptcy. They did not do that as well. Heck they cant even get a duplicate account with Ally off my account record. I am getting that done on my own. Anyway, credit repair is tough but these guys over sell their money back guarantee and their services. You are a lot better off to write the letters on your own and do it yourself. I wasted 1330 dollars for a 25 point boost that I did by doing things related to my credit on my own.

Even with 40 years and 30 pages of unblemished credit, my application to refinance my mortgage was denied in 2013 because I was a co-signer on my daughter’s mortgage that went into default. In February 2014, I contracted with CRE to repair my credit specific to my daughter’s foreclosure that was being reported on my credit. Between February 2015 and June 2016, CRE worked diligently on the OneWest entry on my credit that they believed to be the derogatory damaging my credit, and claimed it had been removed from all three bureaus. In May 2016 I contracted to purchase a new home and applied for a new mortgage. The Automated Underwriting System (AUS) tagged my application as “Refer/Eligible” and forwarded it to Fannie Mae for review, where it is currently stalled while I, the agents, and the sellers wring our hands. Turns out, CRE failed to correctly identify the derogatory that was damaging my credit: Citibank (CIT Bank) acquired OneWest in July 2014, and is currently reporting my daughter’s payments as past due even though the OneWest mortgage was refinanced with Ocwen in March 2014. Clearly, this is a blatant error on my credit report that CRE was not sophisticated enough to recognize.
CRE claims “We address the account with the credit bureaus to see if they are able to verify the account is reporting accurately, and if not to delete it or correct it. If they validate that the account is accurate and verifiable to the credit bureaus, they are able to keep it on the credit report for 7 years form date of last activity.”
I requested a refund from CRE of one half of the $1,200 I paid to have my credit repaired, and I received a rambling email from “Brandon” claiming they did their job but would send me a refund of $74. My advice to those seeking to have their credit repaired is to save your money. If your credit can be repaired by the “credit bureau harassment method” then maybe it’s something to consider, but if the issue is complex, CRE is not equipped to handle it.

CRE Credit Services is very professional company that helped my credit tremendously. At first I was reluctant to move forward with their services but the decision was well worth it. It raised my credit enough to get approved for a house loan and a credit card.
