Extremely rude staff. EEEMA & SHANNEN Prescription was called in 3 days ago and it’s not ready when I go to pick it up. The person at the pharmacy seemed mad that I was questioning why the prescription wasn’t ready. She told me it would take 25-30 minutes for it to be ready. 40 minutes later I’m still waiting. Never had this issue with CVS or Kroger pharmacy. Not sure how all the other employees in Costco are awesome but the ones in the pharmacy department have such poor customer service.

I don't even want to give one star....I went to get my husbands antibiotics during his surgery an one hour procedureI knew I needed the antibiotics before he gets out so rushed to the Costco pharmacy immediately knowing the prescription had been calledThe girl tells me two of the meds are ready but the third one which is the antibiotics will be 15-25 mins or come back later but I told her my husband is in the middle of surgery so I need the meds before picking him upSo I go shop and check out and come back to pharmacy by then another guy tells me it's not ready yet but he is working on it and I don't have to go back to the line to check out so I still wait by then I have been waiting more than 30 mins and while I'm waiting I get a text the surgery is almost done so I tell the guy how I need to go because my husband is almost done with the surgery and I need to go back to the hospital to speak to the Dr but the guy says how he is waiting for the pharmacist to be done with giving shots to costumersI'm like why couldn't the the pharmacist fill my meds before giving shots to these people surely I was there way before any of those costumers....after almost an hour later time is 1:30 haven't even had the lunch but need to go.... I have been there since 12:25I knew it's More important I talk to the Dr how the surgery went so I leave.....And then 2 hours later I had to drag my bloody husband straight out of the surgery center back to Costco to pick up the meds again only to wait in the line for another 10 or more minsYou think they would have the decency and consideration to help someone like me on a day like thisI don't think it was such an awful but I can't stop thinking how the Costco pharmacy is the biggest failure of the dayI'm going to be looking to find other sources for my prescriptions

You know those times when someone unexpected simply inspires you? I'm sitting at Costco for the third time in 2 weeks to get new tires. I mentioned to my wife last week that Jesus at the tire place has a great attitude, and was very helpful. He saw me walk in to order my tires which I had priced out a week earlier and he remembered my name, the car and tire size. Guy must have had 200 customers that day. I'm not a very memorable guy. Today he spots me sitting around the food court waiting for the tires to be installed and takes the time to stop and greet me by name. Then goes on to help the next customer with that same smile and enthusiasm. So I'm inspired today because I do the same job everyday and there are those tough days. Today I'm taking a page out of Jesus's book on customer service and good attitude. Thanks Jesus - hope Costco management reads this and recognized you. Happy New Year.

Absolutely love the service here. The location is always clean, the staff is always very helpful. Today Muhanad took care of me and went above and beyond. Would recommend this location always!

I like their selection but was very disappointed with the checkout process today. They turned me away from self-checkout twice because I had too many items even though there were empty registers at self-checkout and waiting for the other added 15 minutes to my shopping time. When the customer in front of me finished checking out I had to wait for her to hear a sales pitch on the executive membership. If this is the new norm, I'll shop here less often.

My review is for the optometrist. My visit was great. The test was quick, the test lens were perfect, and my prescription came out spot on as well. I've never had an optometrist who got it right. I definitely recommend!

I ordered a refill on Thursday, 09/29/2022, and was not informed via text or phone call of when my refill would be ready for pickup. I took my last dose on Saturday, 10/01/2022. As of writing this review, I have yet to get a text informing me of my refill being ready; I had to call them to find out that it was ready for pick up.On another note - I was refused my GoodRx discount at this location. Had the front desk rep not been kind enough to see what discount she could provide for me on one of my prescriptions, I would have had to pay full price (over $60). She was able to bring it down to $53.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Because Jordan/Jake, what ever his fake name was very rude. I was standing in line for self checkout for about 10 minutes and it turns out I was in the incorrect line for self checkout along with the other 3 people in front of us. So, as me and my black sister proceeded in the self checkout line with only three items the male told us we couldn't check out because we weren't in the proper line. But the other people were okay at self checkout. I told him that I apologize but I've been standing in line for 10 minutes can I just check out because we just have 3 items, he told us no. It was very unprofessional, and he lacked problem solving skills, but most importantly he did not have the skills to talk to guest. DO NOT WASTE YOURE TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Because they will continuously waste your time.

There's no other place like Costco. We visit at least once a week and found incredible bargains. The vegetables and meat are always fresh, and there's a wide selection of wines. I love this place

I always enjoy a business relationship with companies that take care of their customers. Costco has always been one of them. Not only is the price reasonable. The easy return or when there are issues they happily took care of them. The price of the membership is worth the services they provide to the members.

This Costco location is my favorite. From the optometrist to the pharmacy and every department in between my experience has always been positive.
