Overall costoco is an excellent store. Don't just rate the pharmacy.

Ok so Costco in general is a safety hazard, just parking and navigating inside. The pharmacy is more dependable than others. This is the only reason I endure these visits.

Pharmacy is always one of the cheapest around. The review is for the pharmacy - not the store. Limited selection (this is not a Walgreens or CVS type pharmacy). No membership necessary to use the pharmacy but if you want to buy items in the store you need a membership or pay the higher price.

Giving three stars total for the roast beef sandwich. Not much meat for the price. The hot dog is always god. You have to request onions if you want them. Costco needs to do better in keeping the food court clean.

I wonder if it's really worth it to buy tires at Costco? I have standing in Le for over an hour just to talk to a tech. What do you think?

If I could make this zero stars I would. My sisters and I were disrespected and belittled on 12/9 by a cashier and what we believe to be a manger. As I have only been in this store twice, at the checkout the manager proceeded to make an example of us by stating really loudly the policy of not sharing my only membership. My sisters were trying out this store and considering getting their own but wanted to have their own experience. This guy embarrassed us. Then the cashier threw our stuff on the belt and again loudly stated the store didn't take anything but Visa. She then started over talking my handicap sister as if she was stupid and said the store gets their money from members not sales. We paid and she proceeded to talk about us as we walked away. I will NOT renew my membership and my sisters have refused to step in another Costco. We will be going to Sam's club. I hope they retrain their staff about diversity and common customer service. Our experience was unacceptable!

Haven't been to Costco in a couple of years. They upsell you an an "executive membership plan" and harass you during checkout. Not worth it unless you spend more than $3K per year. A couple years ago, they were hawking credit cards at checkout. Very annoying! Just let me pay for my stuff and go, don't harass me with a sales pitch. And what's up with the checkpoint as you leave checking my receipt? I'm not a shoplifter, but a customer. Give me a break Costco! How about the oversized food you sell? Unless I have an army of linebackers at my house, the food will be wasted!

Last week I spoke to a tech who said my doctor will not provide an approval for a medication refill. I explained to the Costco tech, the doctor he has been calling for approval, is someone I have not seen in years. Then he and I went over the correct doctor information to contact for approval. I followed up today and found that the staff is STILL calling the wrong doctor! To top it off the tech who I spoke with today blamed me for the error.Previously, I walked up to the counter and said, "I am here to..." and I was interrupted with a loud question, "DATE OF BIRTH?" I replied with my DOB. Next question I was asked "Name?" I replied with my name. Then I was told by the Costco tech, "You don't have anything to pick up here!" I replied, “I am here to pick up a prescription for my dog." Then I was admonished by the tech, "Then don't give me your birthday. You need to give me the name of your animal. We do not have pets under people's birthdays!" This man did not show me the common courtesy to express why I was there, but instead rudely interrupted me. He asked me the questions that I answered, and then went on to explain to me how I do not understand the Costco Pharmacy invoice process for prescriptions. I kept quiet and said nothing to this unfortunate person.Getting meds for my pets is a beating. I spoke in person to a Costco tech who promised to call the Vet for a refill, only to find that the request for refill was never made.On another occasion, I found that the pet meds to be filled at Costco were never ordered, so they did not have the medication in stock. So, I was told to come back the following week for the delivery. For a second time it was not ordered. So, I had to pay the high price for meds at the Vet.All incidences occurred in the last 90 days. Why am I and so many Costco pharmacy customers having so much difficulty getting prescriptions filled properly in Plano, TX?

Do not redeem a Costco gift card here. I went to this store near Parker and 75 in Plano on October 9, 2023 after work around 5:30 PM. The supervisor came over to the check out to do a bizarre promotion to try to force me to join the club. I said no thank you a few times and not interested. He began yelling at me. He yelled the rest of the promotion. This supervisor has impulse issues. It was embarrassing for the cashiers and customers nearby. My cashier was named Joe, and he was speechless. Per Yelp rules I have to give at least one star minimum. I was definitely being intimidated by this young inexperienced supervisor that feels overly entitled with rage issues. Do not bring the Costco gift card here.

Staff professionalism is low at this location. I have rx discounts which pay for my prescription but they were very rude and denied me my medication. Different staff the next week had no issue processing it. Really dissatisfied with the service and recently with Costco’s general in-store experiences. Avoid this pharmacy.

Great prices, polite staff. Always call ahead because of one of my ongoing meds.

Will be canceling membership: it's hard to get in and out of parking lot, store is alway crowded, checkout lines are long and slow, no app checkout like Sam's, staff not nearly as friendly as Sam's. All in all a hugely inconvenient and time-consuming place to go.

I'm not sure if this is something new, but I had to show my card 3 TIMES during this one visit to Costco! Good grief!! It's too much. If you have an issue, figure out a reasonable way to handle it instead of harassing the customers who are following the rules.

Returned an air hockey table that broke down after a week of use. They wanted the whole thing brought back to the store even though it literally isn't even manufactured anymore nor sold by Costco any longer. Whatever. Loaded it up and brought it back then they stated they needed ALL of the pucks. As if they are not going to just throw it away. They don't sell it anymore and the manufacturer doesn't even make it any longer for them. Extremely inconvenienced twice for a store that supposedly guarantees 100% satisfaction in all products. Losers. This Costco sucks.
