I love this World Market location. I used to go to the one by Collin creek mall but had to venture out since it closed…this one is worth the extra drive. The wine section is fabulous. They have a ton of flavored syrups and imported snacks. The kitchen item section is also top notch and they change it up frequently. I tend to be stopping by for the seasonal decor…they have the best selection. It’s always so cute!

Cannot stand incompetence or lying.
I placed an order 36 hours ago for in store pickup. Was told they could not find it. Walked and and found it MYSELF within 5. Was given excuses and told I must have grabbed a display...sure if your displays are rolled up and back on a shelf.
Will be visiting other locations from now on.

Really bad service. Always putting items with wrong tags on shelves. Be sure to check the prices. This is the 4th time. They do not honor the mislabeled. It's dishonest.

I used to love going here for all my candy from around the world needs, but now whenever I go in I'm harassed by the employees (not to blame them at all) about the new "premier loyalty program" (store credit card) every. single. time. I'm tired of saying no.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the World Market store in Plano. During my visit on May 15, 2024, the cashier, an African American lady, was incredibly rude. She asked rhetorical questions in a condescending tone, creating a hostile and unwelcoming environment. This is not the quality of service I expect from a reputed store like World Market. It’s disheartening to receive such poor treatment, and I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
