I asked for $25 worth of gas, and screen displayed $25 twice. I asked why was it displaying the amount twice, and the worker told me not to worry about it, and took my card from me to insert for payment. I told him don’t do that and canceled the transaction and went to gas from RaceTrac. Rude customer service, and seems very very shady.

I frequently come into this gas station daily for a fountain drink. Most visits have been normal, just pay and go about my day. I noticed the Veterans Day sign under the drinks which I haven't noticed previously as I am a navy vet of 8 years The promo read free fountain drinks or coffee any size until November 30th. When I asked the cashier, older Asian gentleman, he told me the promo is over. When I told him, no it's not I read the fine print at the bottom, he smiled and told me to have a good day. Terrible service and especially to a veteran for THEIR veteran promo.

Given this place so many chances but homie with the pony tail just has zero customer service. Makes you wait, no hi, no thank you, doesn’t ask if you need a bag for heavy items. It’s like I hurt the guy..

Owner is rude. Doesn't keep a sanitary establishment, and employees. Brand new soda machine looks as though it is cleaned once aweek. Beverage cooler is full of spills and broken glass. Hot food always looks like it has been sitting for hours. Prices are outrageous for this establishment.

My husband went to work at this location today and was turned around because he is African American. The store manager was very rude to him and lied to his contacting manager about his work ethic.

Always nice every time I come in especially the gentleman that wears the glasses with black hair he’s very helpful and knowledgeable! I think he may be a manger if that helps but yea very nice people! Better than the other circle K’s in the area

Tesfa needs to be fired he’s rude disrespectful and entitled. Will never ever ever spend another dollar here and I encourage everyone else to not do the same, it’s very likely you will leave upset and bothered just grabbing something simple!

I go here a lot. I've never had a bad experience here. All of the employees are super nice to me. The store is always clean. Not sure why all the negative reviews though.

Went here and bought little Debbie chocolate donuts. Didn't realize til after I ate one that they were out of date from DECEMBER 18,2021. THATS ALMOST 4 MONTHS EXPIRED! ??

Saturday February 26,2022 at 8pm. I went in this establishment with a kind and gentle spirit. The employee on this night was a very mean and arrogant employee. His attitude stinks like a rotten onion. I gave him my lottery tickets in his hand and an ink pen that he let me use back in his hands. I asked for a receipt and he answered me with a funky attitude. Then he put my tickets on the counter when I had my hand out. I asked him to put the ticket and receipt in my hand like I gave them to him and he refused angrily. So it was a back and forth push with my tickets until he decided to pick them up and smashed them in my hand. Then he said I caused his first fight of his day. I responded by saying it wasn’t a fight it was a discussion. Even though I was very upset I stayed calm throughout the ordeal. Before leaving I did let him know he has horrible customer service skills and that I’ll never purchase anything there again while he’s working there ever. Also that I was going to file a complaint on him. He needs to be retrained on public service again or he needs to be at his home until he learn some manners.

Stopped by to get an iced coffee. All cups were dirty and when I mentioned it to the management all he said was that is all they have and walked away. Didn't remove those cups either. I just walked right out.
