Dr Warren , is very rude , unprofessional . doesn’t really let you talk. is very arrogant . i’m here on a workers comp injury . i could barley get a sentence out. i was his first patient of the day, how do you start your day off like that .. i will also make a formal complaint to his superior. do not let him treat you. i felt very judged , and profiled.

The wait time could have been reduced.Otherwise, all good. The staff is very courtious.

The doctors and the physical therapists are great, however the lady that calls to confirm appointments for physical therapy is rude and short with people. Overall the staff besides her are great!

The staff was very welcoming very attentive. Very nice. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes the most quickest nicest visit.

Staff were polite with the patients, clean and quiet place.Waiting time was kind of long for just a simple vaccination.

Went to this location for a pre-employment medical exam a couple weeks ago. Every single one of the staff members were extremely patient and kind, and they explained each part of the process really well so there was no confusion. Overall just a great experience!

I went here for a pre employment screening . It was clean and the people were very nice. There were a ton on clients so be prepared to wait a little while. I did get called back faster than I thought I would be. The tech was polite and informative. Things went quickly and I was on my way. I recommend this location.

The place was clean and the front staff is nice. However, the wait time is very long especially if you go in the mornings during the week. Also, when you go back for follow up visits you don't always get the same doctor. The problem with this is when you have a Workers Comp claim and doctors give two different diagnosis it can mess up your claim.

Update since my first review!My first experience at this facility was great so I posted a 5 star review. The manager and front clerk/MA were top notch, very friendly and professional! Customer service was 5+ stars.HOWEVER!! today was a whole different experience The MA in the back especially the young lady was rude and unprofessional. Don't advise me about my body because you lack the experience and confidence in your abilities. The manager on duty, that's a totally subjective and requires a paragraph that doesn't deserve the time it would take to write it I was going to leave the experience today be, but I found out they had the audacity to call my job and complain about me, which I will say they didn't believe them. So, since you desire to go done that road ok, I'll go. I ignored the many 1 and 2 star reviews and returned and I witnessed the lack of quality first hand this time.There was one positive note, the front desk clerk that drew my blood on my first visit I noticed as I was walking out and asked her (Diane Mancilla) to draw my labs, and of course she got it right away! 5 STARS to her, because she was amazing!! I wanted to tell her if she desires a better place to work let me know. This facility is Not it!!FIRST REVIEW:I had a pleasant experience at this facility today. I needed some labs done and Ms Diana greeted me with a smile. She went above and beyond to accommodate me to be sure my labs were picked up on time. I really appreciated that service! She even took me back and drew my labs herself to be sure everything was timely and correct Ms Diane Mancilla is the Best!!

Staff was very friendly and genuinely concerned about my injury. The wrist specialist was honest about the care I needed, and the PT was incredible!
