My experience was overall pleasant.
The wait time was a little excessive and the front desk staff didn’t even acknowledge me for a while because of phone calls. I stood there and had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in. Other than that, no complaints.

I wasn't at this business, I visited a business near this one, and they sent me a survey to share my thoughts. Clearly they're using Geofencing to profile their customers. If you're not too familiar with this practice, be sure to do your research. It's gross when a business uses this tech for nefarious information. Thus my one star rating.

Quick and professional service. I had an appointment scheduled and everything went a scheduled. I have been to this clinic multiple times and every time they have great service and a very friendly staff.

Only getting 4 starts because the staff made up from the doctor a black man he tried to run me off the road coming here flipped me off and cussed me out then saw me at the office and walking my be trying to intimidate me which made my blood pressure go up and I had to get in defense mode and I told them what happened they made sure I was ok and got another doctor assigned to me they

It was a great atmosphere, and the people were very nice and helpful. I was in and out. Basically took me like 30 mins only for my test that I had to do. Very quick and efficient.

Horrible lab! I went in on the 19th and waited for an hour and a half only for them to tell me that I would have to come back on the 22nd. This is for a regular preemployment drug screening.! The whole time I was there, the front desk personnel were gossiping talking about where they want to take vacations and how certain things they were asked to do was “not part of their job”… I came back on the 22nd. And I waited for over two hours before they finally told me they could not find the company To Bill. I finally went in and left the specimen. Now it has been over a week later, and they apparently have lost my specimen. In the meantime, I have already resigned from my other job and accepted this one, but I cannot start until the screening is complete…. Probably have to leave another sample. When I called the Concentra office, they keep referring me to Quest Diagnostics and the dates that they gave me for that they Gave me for the dates that I left my sample do not coincide with the actual dates I went their story keeps changing. I will never go back to this lab.!

It was not a bad experience. The staff was courteous. It was bustling in the morning hours, so try to schedule your appointment versus walking in.
I did have a shorter wait time for my next visit, which was early afternoon.
