My experience was overall pleasant.
The wait time was a little excessive and the front desk staff didn’t even acknowledge me for a while because of phone calls. I stood there and had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in. Other than that, no complaints.

They were quick and super respectful! I had gotten something in my eyes from earlier that day and when they heard the let me use the eyewash station free of charge!
