This establishment was very nice clean n the atmosphere was awesome the staff was very nice n explained everything so well , the room was very comfy the bed was oh so comfortable it swallowed me up n the pillows were so soft n comfortable better than my pillows at home and I have a lot of pillows , I will definitely be back for my personal getaways every two months ,I love Plano everything I needed was in the proximity of hotel , n eating places were so close byThank you comfort suites

It was ok. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and there were no seats in the pool area. The rooms were big and comfy. Breakfast was great!

Very affordable and convenient location right off the George Bush service road, close to shopping, businesses, and dining. The facility was well kept and clean, rooms very comfortable, and staff attentive. For on highway frontage, it's also surprisingly quiet.

Room was nice. Mattress and pillows were good. Idk if they've had problems in the past but they aggressively touted the no smoking policy enough to where I felt judged even though i don't smoke

DON’T BOOK THEM AT ALL THEY TOKE MY MONEY AND MONEY FROM EXPEDIA THEY LIED AND STILL CHARGED ME AS A NO SHOW THEY ALSO LIED AND SAID THAT THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE AND THE MANAGER WAS THERE. DONT GO HERE DONT BOOK THEM AT ALL.

Super team of Associates working here. Greeted by Sara at front desk-friendly, informative and funny! Had an issue with smell in room probably from previous guest- but Rick was most apologetic and quick to recommend changing rooms- comfortable beds. I would stay here again if in area.

I stayed here four days and had not one issue. Very clean lobby and rooms. Housekeeper took the time to fold the hand towels into a nice origami shape. Good breakfast and coffee.
