We came here at 1.05 and We cant to access the ATM and other services as they are closed for full one hr for lunch. No where it is posted on their operational hrs. I appreciate their lunch hr but at least open the self serve services and post on operational hr. It is getting tough to operate at this location as they are closed on Saturday too

I agree with Mr. Diwali. Each time I visit this branch, the gentleman never seems to know what he's doing even though when I visit, it's the same transaction, even after 1 years time. I am frustrated with the customer service because the two employees never open the front door on time, and I am left waiting outside past opening time which is a total inconvenience, since I am trying to access the funds deposited into this banking institution. The level of incompetence is almost unbearable because whenever I ask a simple question regarding my account, the answer from this gentlemen is always "no" and then he has to consult with the other employee only to find that I was correct all along. Why is this guy not understanding simple banking processes and why does he not remember anything?????

My Fiancé just left the bank where she sometimes cashes checks and has been doing it for years and not having an account there. The last time she was there, the manager named”John” told her he would charge her a ten dollar fee and my fiancé agreed and he cashed her check.Today 12/30/22 he got very rude and arrogant with my Fiancé and told her that he wouldn’t help her at all and and was basically telling her to leave and embarrassed her in front of other customers.Going to call corporate to have a big talk about John and will be paying a visit to John my self on my next day off!My fiancé is from Brazil and I’m sure there was some racism involved in his unlikely manner to help her!See you soon John!!!

Best Customer Service, Went with my mom and she also like the service. she doesn't speak English and Sejal patel help her lot to explain product and about services. I am glad I went to this location and got the work done on time. Thank you Sejal patel for your best customer service and helping my mom out.

Horrible bank my grandfather does not speak English and because of that reason he was not able to withdraw his money according to them translating is not allowed, if it’s not allowed they should have a Spanish speaking teller instead they just denied my grandfather HIS money!! Infuriating!! I’ve never experienced this at any other Comerica location.

Definitely taking my business elsewhere after how rude this location was. Stopped inside after using the ATM to use the restroom really quick and the lady at the front wouldn't let me unless I was doing something else inside. Who the heck does that to their customers?

Very helpful staff, they have a virtual teller ATM that can cash checks, let you talk to a banker. The ladies who work there are friendly and helpful. I went in for a cashiers check and walked out with a plan on how they can help my improve my credit score. Definitely worth talking to them. Branch manager Sejal is great!

I went there at Comerica Bank with my aunt. To be honest, one of the best customer service I experienced here. And the Bank Manager was so nice to my aunt as she had some issue with her bank account. I personally liked the Manager approach towards my aunt issue. I would highly recommend everyone to have accounts or have services in this bank and specifically the Bank Manager here is so helpful to her customers.

Amazing experience at this location. The manager of this branch Sejal Patel is a very outstanding lady, She is always available to help in any circumstances. I heard about her through community referral. A lot of people told me about her marvelous service. So I called her for some information and I really loved her approach towards me and her patience for answering all of my questions.

I have been a customer at this bank and been going to this location for 4+ years and I never once had an issue with the management. The manager of this location , Ms. Sejal Patel, is one of the best and she is always so helpful. I barely knew anything about what I was doing and she took so much time to help and was so patient with me. I reccomend this bank to everyone but mainy for the customers going for the first time trying to open a bank account or a locker as the manager would take care of you and explain everything to you very calmly.
