Stopped in with my sister this afternoon and found Closet Revival to be a great experience!
They have more than enough high quality items to search through and find something new without being overwhelmed by stock.
The store was a easily accessible and clean, with a calm atmosphere! The owner was helpful and lovely to speak with!
My sister is a small medium where as I am a far bustier XL/2X and we both found items that fit!
They seemed to have a good men's section as well!
We had plenty of time to try clothes on without pressure or there being no dressing rooms and their prices were phenomenal!
Will absolutely be back again!

The selection: in style and mostly brand name, a solid range of sizing. I love shopping second hand and have all my life so unfortunately I've been to this spot twice, and did not find a single piece! So for me it won't be in my rotation BUT I brought a friend with me and she found some great J crew pieces. Both times the owner was extremely nice and the staff was great as well. I loved the touch of them asking your name and writing it on your dressing room and they take your pieces and hang them up so you don't have to lug them all around, THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They even brought us some pieces they thought fit our style. Price: This is boutique style pricing, think about $20 for Nike workout shorts. About $30 for dress. I would not say thrifty prices comma I would say reasonably priced for the most part. If you like curated brand names , you are likely to find something here!

If I could give -0 stars, I would… not because the store itself is bad but the people working there are really arrogant & rude! In particular, the older Asian woman. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I’m not sure who she thinks she is but I will never give my business to this place again. I’ve spent a lot of money here over the years but will take my money elsewhere. I’d suggest finding somewhere else!

They don't buy anything it seems; I bring in trendy, expensive brands and they *always* get rejected. Plus the owner's customer service skills are definitely lacking.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before I wasted time going to Closet Revival! I can 100% vouch that the owner is a rude woman who has no business being in front of customers. I arrived at 10am Saturday morning thinking that was the best time to sell because there would be less shoppers. I was asked by another employee how many containers I had and when I said 4, she looked afraid and said "we only take one at a time". Ok...then said I couldn't bring the 2nd container in until each person that came to sell while I was there got helped. Hmm the website said NOTHING about this process. Other places take all of your items and you may have to come back which is fine! They force you to stay in the store. I could hear them whispering (loudly) because they thought I was in my car. Anyway, I will spare you the conversation BUT after the 2nd (small) bag I brought in she told me "no more"! Rudely. I gave a puzzled look and asked why and she could not give me an answer. Also, I got greeted by her with no greeting. But when the next lady of a fairer skin tone walked in, she welcomed her and was very nice to her. I never expect these stores to purchase much or pay top dollar but $7 for an Ann Taylor dress and Chico's jeans? lol she will sell the dress for $30 and the jeans for $25 and I get $7? She may be a typical heartless business owner but wow, treat the people who bring you your stock better than that. I have shopped there in the past and never had to have an interaction with her. I will never shop or sell there again. Be transparent on your buying process. Be fair to your sellers.

Such a great store! Tons of high-end brands at very reasonable prices. I don’t think you’ll get a better deal anywhere else. Suki is the best!

Great store! Great price and the selection! I ended up with a beautiful ring instead of a purse that I originally went in for… And the great service. I will definitely come back!

When I first discovered this shop, the staff seemed friendly; however, things have gone downhill in the last two or three years. I almost never leave negative reviews, because I understand that people have bad days. I also want to say up front that there are still some friendly employees in the store. However, at this point, I would give the store zero stars if I could. After years of selling clothes at this shop, as well as buying a few items, it's time I shared my recent experience. Yesterday, Friday, November 17, was the last straw. On Monday of the same week, I brought clothes to the store to sell. When I arrived at the shop, there was a sign on the door saying they were taking no more clothes that day. I went inside to verify that this was true, and was told that yes they were done for the day. Yesterday, Nov 17, I once again brought my clothes in to sell. The employee behind the counter already had two stacks of clothing to go through. She told me they were really busy, but she would ask. I don't know the owners name, but I believe that is who the employee asked. I have dealt with this woman before, and she is pushy with an attitude that she's doing me a favor when she buys anything from me. On this day, I could tell from the concerned look on the employee's face, as well as by the way the owner approached me that I was probably going to get another "no." I asked anyway, and the owner slightly pushed my clothes, which were hanging on a rack, and said she was too busy. I asked her if they could take an appointment so that I would not keep driving over there. Instead of answering my question, she loudly told me she was busy and I would have to come back. Feeling the frustration of another drive plus a buildup of previous unpleasant experiences, I replied that I was sick and tired of driving to the shop only to be told that they're not selling. (Note: in the past, I have tried calling ahead of time to see if they're busy, and told they were not. By the time I would arrive - a 10-minute drive - someone else would have arrived, resulting in my being turned away. This is after they know I'm coming.) The effect of my unwise comment was clear from the look on the face of the employee, and in the way in which the owner advanced towards me. Apparently sensing a possible calamity, the employee wrapped her arms around the owner, pushing her back away from me while repeatedly saying "no, no, no." But the owner remained intent on getting to me, all the time shouting that "no one tells her they are sick and tired", and adding something to the effect that people are always coming in and taking her money. Also, by this time she had broken from her employee, and was approaching my clothes which were still hanging on the rack. She gave my clothes a hard shove. Needless to say, I grabbed my clothes and left never to return.

She sells fake Louis Vuitton bags. I bought one without authentication (stupid on my part) and found out a year later it's fake. She refunded the amount without any questions. I will never shop there again and urge others who want a designer purse to ensure it's authentic before purchasing.

Really judging and rude. They expect you to give them interview about cloths? And didn't even look through what I brought because way I looked or had my cloths in bag. Would not recommend coming here unless your certain person or race to sell your cloths :/
