I chose to come here after seeing all of the poor reviews for labcorp & quests locations nearby. I have a pretty bad needle phobia but both ladies that i spoke & worked with were extremely kind and helpful. Glad i took the time to look at reviews & come here instead.

I took both of my special need children here and Christian Smith took their blood and did an amazing job. They didn’t have a fit like they usually do because she did such an amazing job!!! I will always be driving the hour drive from now on to go to her to get their blood drawn from her. Thank you so much!!

Nurse Christian had me in and out of there with no problem and no pain, as someone who's had very different experiences when getting their blood drawn know that you are in blessed hands with her. Kind, quick and painless!

Most have a hard time with my tiny veins but Christian had my blood drawn in minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! She was terrific!

I went for a blood draw couple weeks ago on Friday the 13th. With that in back of my mine and last time I had a huge bruise after multiple pokes in both arms elsewhere, I was holding my breath and hope for the best with this location.
The best did happen! She did mine with just 1 poke and was quick and hardly any pain. When I first walked in, I can tell the lady in the front desk cares about what she does, after registering the people, she wipes down the counter and all the door knobs. When I was in for the draw, same lady showed up. As we start talking, I learned she’s the only one doing everything there. I overheard her showing someone how to use the system over the phone while in-between patients. Her name’s Christian. She’s professional, friendly, and cares about her work. I hope she gets a big raise because she sure deserves it. This location will be my go-to and hope Christian is still there on my future visits.

Christian took a look at my bruising from last week’s blood draw (at a different location) and asked what happened; I explained blood draws have always been a challenge because locating my veins is tricky. I often tell phlebs to just draw from my hand because it will be easier and more time-saving.
She repositioned my arm, found the vein on the first try, and I was in and out in ten minutes. Easiest poke I have ever had. I told her I hope her manager is reading this because she deserves a raise. Christian gets all the gold stars for today’s visit!

Christian drew my blood and did an amazing job! I had a bad experience before her where I got stuck multiple times, but she did it first try and it wasn’t bad at all. Will definitely go back to see her again for my next blood draw!

I went in for regular blood work and was in and out within 10 minutes. The process was very quick and easy. Christian was extremely helpful and friendly!!

I visited CPL West Plano today for a blood draw. I always dread blood work bc of the pain that comes with the draw. Christian was my phlebotomist today and she had the touch of a feather. I did not feel the needle at all! She got my samples quicker and smoother than I expected; I was really impressed. It's a weird thing to say that a blood draw was a good experience but Christian took really good care of me. I'll be back!

We had the most phenomenal phlebotomist who helped with a difficult draw and major nerves. She was fast, precise, kind, understanding, caring and exceptional at what she does. I am appreciative of her support and skill. I did not get her name ( my fault) but it was afternoon on 7.22.24. Thank you!!

The place is a little hidden but use this photo to guide you, it is in a corner. I arrived on time for my appointment and the nurse carefully took my blood despite the references I read. I do recommend it
