Unhygienic for a lab. Toilets for giving the urine sample was not clean. Other urine samples were left in the bathroom. No soap to wash hands afterwards.
The technician who drew the blood was very good and efficient.

First visit: Closed early, inconvenient. Second time: Faced a bit of a wait. Mixed experiences.

Payton is the best! I've always had problems with blood draws coz my veins are small and the tech always has difficulty finding/getting the vein but Payton was such an expert and I hardly felt a thing.
