Clair Physical Therapy is amazing! I came here to recover after rotator cuff surgery, and 4 months later I have full range of motion and no pain! Mark and all of the therapists are friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely care about the well being of their patients. Special shout out to PT tech Tasia... You rock!\\nI highly recommend Clair Physical Therapy and, should I ever need PT in the future, I will definitely return!

This PT clinic is great! They are very professional. Mark and all of the other staff were friendly, and easy to work with. Rescheduling isn’t a problem if something comes up. The clinic is busy, but there’s always room for them to get your exercises going. I would definitely recommend going there for any needs! Hopefully, I won’t need to go back, but if I do, I would go there.

MY REVIEW PART 1I’ve been coming to Clair Physical Therapy for approximately 1 month for the tail-end of treating frozen shoulder and bursitis in the same shoulder. If you don’t read to the end of my extensive review/comparison to a different local and highly recommended PT place, then know I would wholeheartedly recommend this business for many reasons (8 total) :) If you do get to the end of my review you should get a cookie. My review was so thorough that I couldn’t post in 1 shot. There will be 1 or 2 more reviews posted directly after this.I have many thoughts, particularly for comparing this business model to another. I kept my thoughts as clear, concise, and organized as possible. I hope this review helps you make a decision and answer questions, as not all PT centers are created equally, as is apparent in my comparison! It’s about a 5 minute read from here down :)To note: I am not a friend or family member of anyone employed at Clair nor have I received any compensation for this review. This is simply my humble opinion and keen observations and comparisons between 2 PT companies. I feel Clair deserves more recognition.I am so pleased with the knowledge and professionalism by all, Tasia and Trevor in particular. I spoke with the owner, Bob, and shared my thoughts and now sharing here.Tasia, PT tech, is wonderful and ready to meet my needs. Her strong work ethic is to be noted. Going above and beyond and serving wholeheartedly for the patient is imperative, really for any business, to stand out above others. ‘Acts of Service’ is what comes to mind when I see her at work. Tasia pays attention to the minute and individualized details, and gives such special and personalized attention which makes me feel valued and appreciated as a patient. She shines like a gold star. I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness, her servant-heartedness, and love for what she does. She enjoys her job and it shows. She takes pride in her work and smiles brightly while she’s doing it.Trevor, PT therapist, is amazing too. His strong work ethic is also to be noted. He enthusiastically acknowledges every human walking through the door by name. They can’t all be his patients but he somehow still knows their names. I’m not sure if that’s an exaggeration or not, it’s just what I’ve noticed in the short time I’ve been at Clair. What a way to feel welcome! He is very knowledgeable and patient with ALL of my questions - and I have many! I never feel silly for being as detailed as I am and asking for constant clarification. He ponders my questions and is thoughtful in his answers to help me understand all of the things I know very little about. He also spends a fair amount of time thoroughly stretching and manipulating the joint on every visit. I do not ever feel rushed in any way.I’ve been to one other ‘famous’ PT place for this issue so I have strong opinions regarding comparison. If I had to choose between the 2, I would choose Clair for sure. I prefer this business model over the other, reasons below.1. CLAIR BUSINESS MODEL It feels more personal than my past PT place. The other one felt more like a cattle call. At Clair, Trevor assessed me on Day 1 and is the guy who is out on the floor with me showing me the stretches and exercises to do. Tasia helps with that as well, but Trevor usually oversees it. They both will correct me if needed to ensure proper form. I appreciate this guidance as improper form while doing an exercise is why I am here to begin with. The other place I was handed off after visual assessments were made by the PT, and maybe or maybe not some joint manipulation. Most of the time I didn’t even see my therapist again at all after that initial encounter. I would occasionally receive another visual assessment after making rounds of stretches and exercises, but that was pretty sporadic.

TRUSTWORTHY, CAREFUL, FRIENDLY! Bob Clair is the only Physical Therapy place I trust. Over the years, I referred two friends to him, both friends being very particular and sometimes demanding and both got great results and enjoyed their PT experience with Bob.Bob provided therapy on three different occasions - my knee after surgery (2001), neck after a sports injury (in the 2010s), and shoulders for reduced flexibility (current, 2022). With the knee, Bob and his team of therapists spent weeks with me on the usual post-op exercises and then near the completion, Bob discussed my post-surgical range of motion and offered the option to break up scar tissue, which he carefully (and thoroughly) warned would be a painful activity. He gave me the choice whether to go forward or stay at 95% mobility. I agreed to fixing the scar tissue issue and - true to his word, it was quite painful but he got me back to 100% mobility after a difficult surgery. I would do that painful exercise again, as I have kept that excellent mobility for decades since.About a decade later when I needed help from an injury to my neck, I only trusted Bob. He was very careful and thorough in getting my range of motion in the neck restored again. After those two issues, the shoulders were a piece of cake!Staff is efficient and friendly and the location has not been too crowded on any visit. I am covid-paranoid and Bob offered to wear a mask when he saw me wearing one. As of fall 2022, Clair PT is mask-optional and they made me feel very comfortable with my choice to wear a mask.Highly recommend Bob and Clair PT!

Never answer phones, very limited appointments. There are much better places in Plano to have PT without the hassles.

I.was referred by my cardiologist for vertigo (dizziness) issues. After a comprehensive evaluation, I was given a set of challenging exercises to do and this therapy is spot on! I did my assignments at home and progressed so much in a short time! Everyone at Clair is awesome! So very many thanks to Bob Clair and his wonderful staff for a quick recovery! Thank all of you!! Bob is excellent and engaging, truly knows what he’s doing. He made every session less of a workout and more of a learning experience. Especially good at talking through each workout/procedure so you know why it benefits you!

I am writing this for my husband. Amazing place. They were professional and always making John push to help his frozen shoulder. Bob, the owner was very polite, professional and treated John as he was the only client he had. The others that assisted Bob also were the same way. Trish who also worked there was amazing. We would recommend this place to all our friends and family. Phenomenal place. Thank you.

Very professional and caring. I worked with Jack and he pushed me but never too hard. Good results; would definitely go back and recommend Clair to others.

Thanks to Bob and his amazing team for helping me through the painful rehabilitation from shoulder and bicep surgery. Many weeks they were the only people I saw because of COVID. And they made me feel like family. Beyond being great at their jobs, they are great people. During my extensive rehab I saw many people "graduate" with the staff being supportive and encouraging. While I wouldn't recommend PT to anyone, I would hands down recommend Clair Physical Therapy to anyone in need.

Good care, clean facility and friendly staff. Got treated for my tennis elbow and while this condition takes a long time to heal, the experts at Clair therapy definitely got me off the ground in 5 sessions. For my final (5th) session however, Bob informed me that I did not have a co-pay or will not be charged as he was attending to another patient and due to Covid rules could not do the manual massage on my hand. We discussed about me returning for another set of sessions after I got my primary care physician's consent. It was odd that after couple of weeks of me not returning I started receiving payment overdue notices for $35 co-pay that was supposed to be waived. There is probably a genuine disconnect somewhere, and the nominal copay does not make or break anything, but couldn't help feeling a little short changed.
