05/29/23- Monday (Memorial Day) The store is clean both inside and outside. Restrooms are available. Good customer service by the lady at the front cashier. Regular prices for the gas.

The American flags out front are only half there. Torn apart from the wind. They should be ashamed. If you are going to use the American flag to market your store, at least respect it.

I no longer routinely frequent convenience stores. The one exception is I usually fill up my car at a Quick Trip or QT. As far as the history of convenience stores in Dallas, Circle K was always an also-ran. 7 Eleven was king for decades and the competition fell off behind them in varying degrees of "convenience needs satisfaction".Then 15 years or so ago, Quick Trip revolutionized the business by providing well stocked clean stores with great service and now they dominate the area. Im not sure if Circle Ks are company owned or franchised but this one seems to be independently owned. As i was taking photos for this review,the clerk approached me asking,"why are you taking the pictures"? I explained but not sure he understood.The inside of the store is geared pretty much as you would expect. It appears it mainly serves customers getting gas outside that need to pick up a drink or candy. In addition, it also appears it's a beer stop. How did you decern that Guy you ask? By the in-your-face Beer Cave that's how. Refer to the photo.The main reason I came in is to specifically review a Circle K for a Yelp friend. While I was in I decided to purchase a ticket for the Saturday Mega Millions drawing!Thanks Circle K

It is a convenience store. It is usually clean. It is also a waste of time. The employees don't appear to care about the customers or doing their job. It appears that they don't understand a scheduling theory. They wait until they run out of something before deciding to order more. Always happens with either the cups...or lids... or syrup for the fountain drinks. Have been to this store more than 10 times and at least one of the above has been missing each time.

My only complaint is that they do not have the Sip & Save I know owners can do what they want but it would be nice if there was a way to know before going.

It really would be nice if the owner would remove the tattered American flags out front. I tried to call but one number was disconnected and the other puts you on hold.

I usually go here with my grandfather who likes their polar pop. Both times I have gone to this location with him, I have noticed how much it seems as the employees truly don’t care about their jobs since they don’t have a smile on their face, nor do they ever speak. In my opinion, I prefer all of the circle Ks in McKinney better than this one due to this. However, if you want to go to a convenience store in this area I would just go to RaceTrac regardless of the price tags.
