Doesn’t accept circle k discount card

I come in this store everyday but on today I experienced a very weird situation. This store clerk told me that they don’t accept passports as forms of identification and as you can tell I’m way over the age to buy cigarettes. He took a picture of my passport with his personal cell phone which was very odd.
I asked him to delete the photo and he refused and it’s more so bothering that a Caucasian female entered after me and looked like a teenager but was sold cigarettes without being asked for an ID at all.
I guess from now on I will be driving further for the things I want to purchase.
He attempted to lie and say they had a new system, however it’s the same system from yesterday and what store doesn’t take a passport ?
How can they refuse to accept government IDENTIFICATION?

Does not honor circle K coupons. States “ we don’t do corporate as we are a franchise “. Should look up franchisee agreements. Drove.5 miles to the next circle k. Ran into someone that was at this location. Apparently they refused his business as well . Lazy employees??? But helped his friend that keep chatting him up.

BEWARE! The cashier tried to rip me off when he scanned my lotto ticket for multiple plays. He ran it through the scanner and told me it’s $20 dollars when it’s a $10 dollar ticket. He just shrugs his shoulders and say “that’s what it says”. He’s trying or is ripping people off. I walked out and went down the road to the Valero at Alma & Legacy and gave the same ticket to the cashier and it rang up for $10 dollars. The store clerk at this Circle K Shell is ripping people off. I hope he gets arrested!

This place never has diesel fuel. I have tried to visit 4 separate occasions now because it's near my girlfriend's apartment. Every time I swipe my card,select diesel and when I go to pump nothing happens. They for some reason continue to update their prices and never indicate they are out of diesel fuel.

The people that work there are very nice. The restroom is clean. I've seen a a couple of negative reviews about their mask policy. Honestly it's not irrational to strongly require masks. It's quite possible that someone who works there is either immuno-compromised or has a close relationship with someone that is.

This circle K does not accept Circle K gift cards for whatever reason. My company uses prepaid gift cards for gas. Had a new 25$ card when I tried to pay at the pump it wouldn't accept the card and the cashier inside said they don't accept circle K gift cards there. Buyer beware for all I know this isn't actually a circle k and they just stole the sign from somewhere else

This store has become a secondary store to go to. Very friendly staff and a nice and clean store. Wish they would learn to keep items such as fountain drinks in stock. Cannot trust their inventory management.
