Horrible experience over the phone. I was asking the rep how do I resume mymovie club before it expires tomorrow and he told me I would have to sign up again for movie club and I had my account on hold and I know thier is a way to resume the membership without having to sign up again and the rep was very rude no wonder why Hollywood and the entertainment industry is dying besides woke stuff.

You do not want pay to become a member and get ripped off. Cinemark promises additional concession discounts after 25 visits and that would be great if they counted each time you visit however I have discovered they do not credit you with each visit. I have emailed and called corporate for 4 month to discuss why my visits are not being credited with absolutely no response. It's obvious there is nothing you can do if they decide not to keep count of your visits. All my visits are documented through the app and I have emailed them a copy and again with no response. Do not fall for there false advertising!

This morning July 4th at 945am I showed up to the Cinemark movie in Manchester CT after seeing it on the website that they were playing The Blackening- after getting here it wasn't listed on their machineThe guy behind the counter stated " I don't see it and I can't just take out another movie to add it" my sister stated you not going to honor your site or what Google shows and he said no they didn't update theirs and they said it wouldn't honor the discount TuesdayYou have lost a customer and there was another couple here to see it as well.

Bought a ticket at the wrong movie theater off of the app and they wouldn’t give me a refund. The man on the phone was very rude and hung up on me while we were on the phone. I’m canceling my membership!!

Lord of the Rings re-release is far too limited. Only in select theaters and only showing on a Wednesday and a Thursday?? Because of this its showing way too far away for me to see. Especially on a weeknight. Garbage decision.

Had a phone conversation, with someone in cust relations about a negative experience at Cinemark in Tucson, AZ off broadway ave.Confirmed they do not care about customers present/past..There enough other movie theatres in this country, I will find another brand to spen my money in.

We went to the movies and I was so happy that I saved my purchased tickets to my photos because this theatre has no wifi. If I didn’t save them, I couldn’t have used them because phones don’t work without wifi. This means that if you try to use your points, you can’t because no wifi so I had to spend money that I had points for. Now aside from the theater having their lounge chairs worn out and dirty, they charge a fee to buy tickets and give you points that you can’t use because you cannot bring up the app in their theater. Tried calking corporate and got some kid who offered me points…..really? My friends, family and I will not be going back their as it pitifully has gone downhill and certainly not worth it!

Most awful experience we were publicly humiliated and turned away because my wife took our daughter to the movies and because she looked young they did not believe she was her daughter not only making us feel bad but the humiliation we had to go through manager mr. Everest removed us from the property because they didn’t want to accept she was her daughter apparently adoptive parents need to carry adoption papers for them to believe you

I am having a miserable experience being a member of the Cinemark Movie Club. For the last TWO MONTHS I have seen approximately 15 movies, for which I have received neither CONFIRMATIONS OR RECEIPTS AUTOMATICALLY ON MY PHONE AFTER PURCHASING TICKETS online. Therefore, I must go to the theater, stand in line while they run my credit card through and see that indeed I have purchased tickets. It is extremely frustrating that the IT department can't seem to get my account fixed. Is there anything corporate can do to help?

Terrible customer service. Current problem is no one cares that they are selling tickets for movies on ScreenX in West Plano directly next door to World Headquarters. They don't have ScreenX yet and no one cares to change this fraudulent ticket selling or accommodate people for wasting their time and money.

Upon arriving to this particular theater the employees behind the concession stand just looked at me as if I was bothering them to do a job they were hired to do when one of the employees became irate and very aggressive getting loud and disrespectful we than got into a verbal argument. I’ve never experienced this type of unprofessional behavior in the movie theater and I feel that they need to work on their customer service skills or weed out the bad behavior and unprofessional characters

Wanted a medium popcorn. Unfortunately for us fortunately for you, you cannot buy a medium. It small or large because "they cannot get medium boxes.......???????" Not could they fill a large half way. Not ok.
