Cigar Warehouse is a wonderful place and a gem for cigar enthusiasts, widely considered the absolute best with a fantastic experience. It is a classic cigar environment with a chill, relaxed, old-world feel and a great atmosphere. The business boasts a huge, quality selection of cigars, with more varieties than 99% of shops in the area and many limited editions. It is well-run with great prices, fair market prices, and many bargains, often priced close to online distributors, including a discount for bulk purchases. The staff is generally super nice, super cool, incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Workers are truly passionate and know everything about cigars, providing honest opinions. However, there can be rare exceptions, with an occasional off-putting or rude employee noted in one instance. The humidification is excellent, with cigars consistently kept in perfect condition. The Plano location does not allow smoking, while another Dallas location does. It is a go-to shop and definitely worth a visit.
