If you want a Professional, this is your man, Mr. Moore has been a Lender for a long time now and it showed, he was extremely knowledgeable on every hiccup along the way that we had, and undoubtedly had our best interest in mind. I can definitely say that Chris and his team had to earn their paychecks so to speak with us; because house-buying as we all know, is a long, painful, and tedious process but Mr. Moore did his very best and so did his team, to be proactive and prevent as much pain as possible. This is a Solid man, he even showed up to the closing meeting from Plano to Terrell. type of Loan was VA for those curious. Thanks again Mr. Moore

Chris Moore @ Benchmark was awesome to work with. There were numerous difficulties with my buying experience, including offers on 5 different houses, one contract vacated due to unacceptable inspection results and a two month wait due to plumbing issues at the one I finally closed on. Through all of this, Chris was more than happy to help with all of the problems. He went out of his way, even when it was after normal business hours. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his service. Not many lenders out there take the time to personally help their clients when needed. I really appreciate all that he did. Chris Moore was referred to me by a buddy of mine who I served with in the Navy. Chris is the easiest person to work with - Straight to the point, no fluff/fuss just direct. His phone conversations were like bullet points - straight to the point with the information you want/need. Unless you had more questions for him, which he happily answered, he would tell you what you needed, give you your tasks and wish you a good day. So refreshing.
