Staff at this location need to be retrained. No one seemed at all open to helping me, a blind person, find the counter. The teller was not helpful once I made it to the counter. Inserted my card the wrong way. Not service I expect from Chase. Other locations are much better. It is a shame the Legacy West location is not open on Saturday.
PS: I am employed by Chase and found this experience to be not great. I know our standards are higher than what I saw today.

Clients BEWARE. When withdrawing cash, do not trust their cash counting machines. Put those tellers to work and make them hand count your cash in front of you before receiving it. They shorted me $100 and adamantly denied any accountability in the mishap. They claim their cash drawer balanced out, which is absolutely absurd. Shout-out to the bank-teller Mrs. Anju for her incompetence. Will ensure I never work with you again. Manager is also dismissive and basically mocked me the whole time. Had his name tag flipped inward so I couldn’t get his name.

My son has been with chase a year now he is 19 and has 1 open loan 0Collections0 late payments0 derogatory actions has the income to sustain a credit card, and was denied because of the color of his skin

Poor servive. I am an old client of this bank, came to notorize a document. The lady on the phone was nice and told me I can just walk in and ask in any teller, but the lady at the teller told me they are short staffed and I need to wait. From her gesture it was prominent that because I am not here for any financial transaction my business is less important. I am waiting here for long time, no one is attending. No Chase, this is jot acceptable at all. I will consider to transfer all my accounts from chase to another bank.

We had worst customer service experience. I have waited 1 1/2 hours. Staff here is just roaming here and there, showing they are busy, without attending the customers.

Went today morning to get some documents notarized. 4 Pages. First and only person to walk in at 9am when the bank opened. Was informed that 4 pages is too much, she will check with Nisha to see if she can assist. I ask if there is another notary, am told they do have others, but they are busy? (bank is empty. just one cust. at teller counter) Then I am informed Nisha has an appointment, and if that appointment does not show up, she will help. I agreed and waited. At 9:27am, I hear Nisha calling her client and reminding them that they have an appt. Then I am informed that Nisha's client is coming in 5 mins, and they can not assist me till 11am. I ask them, that all this time, while I have been waiting, Nisha has just been sitting in her cubicle? She could have come and helped me.I, as a client, am sitting in the bank for service, while she is waiting for her client who chose not to show up. She is refusing to assist me, because she wants to continue waiting for this client.I told them, this was bad customer service, Nisha could have come out and helped me, since her client did not show up for the scheduled time. She can actually assist people who are siting in the bank waiting.The indian lady who I was speaking with, not sure if she was the manager, did not really understand what I was saying. She kept on repeating, but Nisha has to wait for her client. hmm...for how long...??? She has waited 30 mins. I have waited 30 mins.I only need 10 mins, and you are refusing service, because your client, who is late for their appt. can not be asked to wait for 10 mins (whenever they decide to show up)?

ATM machines may work 1 day out of the month... any other time your SOL. I told the the lady working about the problem, she acted like it was more of an inconvenience for her than me.

Had been in this Chase location to deposit checks but the two Indian ladies in the cash teller ignored and left unattended too long & went inside, didn’t come out for long. Had to leave this location chase and need to go other Chase bank near by. Such a bad bad customer service not expected by Chase Bank Customer Reps. Please take an action to these ladies.

Stephen t deblanc I’m so sorry about this manager. Oh my God it’s really horrible Customer Service I don’t know how to chase trust these people and they put them as a manager. Because I was asking question about wire transfer he got mad I don’t know what’s wrong with him I was asking for manager he say I am a manager. I told him I’m so sorry about that with your customer service. I ask him for a business card he said I don’t have it so I had to call 1- 800 number to report him. I asked for the address he grab phone business card from another table and throw it to my face. Do you have to leave? If not, I will call the cops and I will close your account. I ask him why you want to close my account who you are I already called customer service report him.

Branch manager was so rude and unprofessional , unbelievable!When the manager is not responsible, you cannot expect from the employees.But I will definitely report and follow up!
