Highly recommend this location. My banker was Ms. Qi Zhang. I highly recommend her for opening your account or other services. She helped my parents opened their accounts smoothly. She is very patient and efficient. I loved the service at this location

I asked the branch manager for a loan officer. The problem...ELLICA .. barely spoke English which is not helpful. When I explained this to him, he told me I was rude and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! Immature & unprofessional...IMHO.

Our company has been with Chase Bank for many years and I always chosen this place for the business deposit and change, I was really disappointed that yesterday when I was drive in to make a deposit and made some changes by Debbie after when I got back to work I realized there was a $100 and they refused after I got back to branches, I just wanted to let everyone to be aware of especially when you drive in to make any deposit or change please make sure to count. The money before you leave, would never come back to this branches again.

The worst experience in my whole life!The banker here promised to give me interests for my CD deposit a couple of months ago.but it turn out to be nothing when I come today!and their attitude are indifferent and the manager just wanna kick me out without taking any responsibility.Please never trust the banker here cause she will lie to you.中国人坑中国人！请警惕！

Went in the there to ask about my credit card balance. They do not know- have me talked on the phone with an Indian gentleman, who hang up on me. Then try again with another Indian lady, who gave confusing information.Spend one hour there, got nothing done.

This is the bank that took care of rental house mortgages, my children debit cards and checking accounts. My brokerage account and more. Natan is my favorite private banker!
