I went to this location to close out my deceased mom's bank accounts. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the manager, Mark, and then referred to Cameron Morgeson. He was extremely kind and very helpful to me during a very stressful time. He went out of his way to get all the information needed to properly distribute the monies. Ozzie, teller, also helpful with a great sense of humor. I can't say enough about this Chase location. Awesome customer service and they should train all the other branches! Thank you very much.

I am a long time customer for Chase bank and we switched to this branch because it is close to our home. For recently couple years their customer service is pretty bad. Special the manager is really rude to me and no customers service skills at all. Seems they don't care the customer' s feelings and I rather drive far to other branch instead go back that branch. I wish they have a system to improve their customer service so I can go back there again.

Just noticed this branch got so many bad reviews when I tried to give mine.Yesterday, I needed one of their bankers to endorse an insurance check then I could deposit it to our chase checking account. A lady banker was there, she told me I have to mail in instead of processing at this branch because the check amount is over $40k. Quickly she found their policy does not require that, then she asked me to bring my wife in person with a photo ID. The next day I went there again with my wife, this time it is another banker called Paul, he told us that the check can NOT be deposited because of a name issue. He was so confident as he told us that he is the most senior banker in the branch. And he even told us the manager on duty told him not to endorse this check.After wasting us like 40 minutes (my wife was not feeling well but had to stay there waiting) by calling Chase internal help desk and the insurance company issuing the check for answers, he finally learned that it is OK to endorse and deposit the check.I don't want to get too much into the details, but one thing I'm 100% sure is this branch has some really incompetent bankers including the manager on duty. I can not believe this, because I really like Chase.

I had opened a business account with Chase with the account last month. I opened it because I received a mailer that said I would get a 300$ cash back if i open a business account and deposit 2000$ in it. When I opened the account I had given the offer code to the executive at the branch, she had ensured that it will be entered and I would receive my cashback in 15 days time. Sadly that didnt happen and when I checked with the executive, to my surprise she just denied that conversation happening at all. I had absolutely no reason to open a business account with Chase when I already have a business account in another bank. Moreover the other bank does not have any monthly charges and no minimum required balance clauses. But I find there is a 15$ fine that was levied on my account for no reason which I had to talk to the bank and reverse it plus the 2000$ minimum balance clause! I am certainly not happy with such fraudulent marketing tactic of sending a false mailer to the customers as a bait to make them open an account with you and later deny everything. Such an embarassing experience with Chase! I had to close the account now.

After having a terrible experIence with 121/Coit branch this morning, I came here. Jeremy Guntorius was great. He greeted me as I walked in and assisted me right away. Very personable, positive and great interaction. Thank you, Jeremy !

I deposit check yesterday in the bank. Today I checked online it shows it will be available next week ( after 8 days I deposited) it’s too slow for business and personal. Never work again.
