Slowest service of any branch I’ve been to in TX every time I come here.

The service is very bad, I arrived at 3:50 pm at 4:30 pm the banker told me that he couldn't help me because it was already late when I spent 40 minutes waiting for him to help me and be able to say that and for an appointment 20 more minutes
