I needed a live teller at Chase; nothing more, nothing less. A gentleman in a suit greeted me and directed me to a live teller. The lady was very patient with me as I the last time I met with a teller was a few years ago and didn't know the process. After my transaction was complete to my satisfaction I was out the door feeling accomplished.

I went into Chase bank this morning with my husband to discuss an alarming situation of money being taken out of my account without my consent. I was told by Chase customer service to go into my local branch and they would provide DOCUMENTATION as to why funds were taken out of my account with out my consent. Upon speaking with Danny Figuera, all he could provide me with was a phone number of someone to contact in regards to the matter of MY funds being taken out of MY bank account. My husband kindly asked to speak to a manager in order to provide an explanation as to WHY NO documentation could be provided to me, the bank account holder. KEVIN P. HUST is the branch manager that came in and explained to my husband and myself that there was NO WAY of the CHASE branch to provide ANY documents as to WHY money was taken out of my account. My husband then asked if there was a policy IN WRITING that we could look at to explain this circumstance, KEVIN P. HUST response was a very ARROGANT No. My husband then pulled out his phone to record KEVIN P. HUST so we could have our own RECORD of this alarming dialogue from a large bank entity. Upon my husband pulling out his phone to cordially record the dialogue, KEVIN P. HUST said that CAMERAS were NOT ALLOWED. We asked to see where in writing around the branch did it say that NO CAMERAS were allowed, again, KEVIN P. HUST could not provide an answer, or policy, stating no cameras are allowed. KEVIN P. HUST then called the police on us due to our camera trying to record the fabrications coming out of KEVIN P. HUST MOUTH. NO documents were ever provided to us, and NO POLICY AT CHASE STATES NO CAMERAS. This is the WORST "customer service" I have ever received at a CHASE bank. KEVIN P. HUST has lied just to think that I would accept his answer with our providing any documentation. KEVIN P. HUST has no idea what Customer Service is and never apologized for his TERRIBLE service and lies. Be very wary that people like KEVIN P. HUST has the 'power' to manage a bank branch that you trust with your money. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!

Had an appointment at 11 am and had to wait for 30 minutes for our appointment. When we finally got in our information was put in wrong causing our account to be restricted. The following week we had to go back in to update the information we had already provided. Nothing was done with the information. This is now the third time we will have to go in and our account continues to be restricted. Horrible experience, even Wells Fargo does a better job than this.

I came in early on Monday to open an account with no other customers in sight at the Branch. The person managing the lobby told me to have a seat as she was going to check with her bankers for availability. Her answer was that none of the 5-6 bankers working that morning were available until 3 days later for an appointment. As a Chase customer, this is unacceptable and frustrating as I live minutes away from this Branch. I now have to find another Chase branch to open my account.

Monday morning came to open an account: about 6 employees inside without customers and they said no one could help till Thursday. This is my first experience ever like this. Three employees standing and talking together as I walked in. However no one could help.

Every person we interacted with was outstanding. Out banker, Aysylu was quick but thorough in every process as we opened 4 accounts in one sitting. One of which was a last minute addition that we were planning on doing on a return trip, but elected to do at our appointment simply because things were going so smoothly. As I took a wrong turn, looking for the restroom, another associate named Rachael took the time to physically show me instead of the usual point with a vague description of its location.I highly recommend this location!

Chase Bank has unprofessional staff working here along with their Branch Manager, Rachael Jenk who strategizes attacks upon black, female business owners at her own leisure. She had my account place on hold without a legitimate reason and her staff interrogating me for almost an hour Like Perry Mason in front of all of the customers and the bankers violating my privacy as if it meant anything to her. Please be very careful! This is a pure example of flawed leadership.

Absolutely the rudest service I have ever received but m so sick of being a chase customer which I have been for thirty years There is no longer serving a customer and the so called banking help was humiliating and disgusting asking personal information without even a secure sit down I had to request privacy this is rude and unforgivable I am ashamed to be associated with chase and will be looking into future business elsewhere and recommend to the rest of my family

I went there on 2 different occasions. Except for the fake greeting, The staff is useless and unhelpful. They almost never want to do anything!!! 1st time I went to wire 750 k, the greeting girl at the lobby said it probably wasn't going to make it that day because they were too busy! This was pre-covid. I used a different branch.Second time i went to get notarized. No customer was present at the lobby( as usual) and all bankers were playing with their laptops( as usual). Apparently, nobody had 3 minutes time to notarize my document. They needed me to make an appointment for the next day!!! I have many bank accounts and I never had to make appointments for wire transfers or to get a paper notarized. These are everyday normal banking needs. I should never go to this location even if it's within walking distance of my house.

Move your money into another bank ASAP. Look up "Chase Shutdown" #chaseshutdown on twitter, Reddit etc. They have been increasingly shutting down and freezing peoples bank accounts and credit cards and not disclosing the reason. An employee told me it's crumbling from the inside and suggested to move my money into a credit union.
