Terrible service during the week. I have a subscription Pass which allows for a certain level of wash and hand dry as well as a tire shine. Today they had 1 employee working on my first trip to car wash in the hand dry area. I waited 15 min to get vehicle hand dried, but by that time it was already dry and nothing but water spots on vehicle. I spoke with the teller and asked to come back later to get washed again and hopefully dried. He agreed and.i came back later in the day when i had more time. Unfortunately the same issue. This time 2 employee were working the drying line and again the car was pretty much dry by the time they got to my vehicle. This wouldn't be an issue normally as they use to wet the spots and wipe off, but they dont do that anymore. Now they just give it a curserary wipe and dont care if water spots are all over vehicle. I've been a long time customer of this wash, but since the change in management it seems to have gotten worse. No attention to detail when drying, if you can get it dried in a timely manner. No attention to pre scrub either. Case in point. I took a 3 day road trip and when I returned home the front-end of SUV was a mess from bug juice. I drove it up to Carnation for a wash the next day. Usually they use a brush to hand scrub the windows, front end and rear bumper to help loosen up the crud that wont come off by the car wash scrubbers. The gentleman hand scrubbing did a splash blessing to front end and really didn't take any of the caked on bug juice off. I ended up going back through the wash a second time to get it to a point where they could wipe off but only barely. They don't seem to care about customers satisfaction as much as they care about the quanity of vehicles they run through the car wash. Regardless of the outcome or look of vehicle when it leaves. Very disappointed and searching for a better option in the neighborhood. The value of a subscription is minimal as you have a 50/50 chance of leaving the wash with a spotty vehicle and water streaks on your windshield and mirrors. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but just can't do it anymore. Growing pains, new management, training issue, and so on. Just can't do it anymore.

Changed too much for exterior ($28) and water marks not even removed from the rain !
Said tires will be shined and fragrance for inside none was done !!
They were not even busy so I can blame it on their work load, when asked to fix their work the lady at the counter refused to correct it
