Most of those recently have involved Caliber Collision and have been good experiences across the board. But this most recent experience with the Caliber team at the West Plano office stands out even above the generally fine work this company consistently provides. Tasean, Natalie, Mike, and the whole team at this location were superb in competency, proactively thoughtful service, and tangibly supported care. They were proactive in keeping me informed, worked through a myriad of difficulties along the way with clear communication and what seemed to me to be genuine care, as if it was their vehicle that was being fixed. I had the unexpectedly comfortable sense that I didn't need to worry and this team had me covered. Well done and much appreciated!”

Anthony and Jeremy both did an excellent job with repairs on my 2021 Bronco and were both upfront and honest with which specific dents were and were not in scope of our contract (even inviting me into the shop to review myself while repairs were underway) since aluminum is more difficult to repair than steel. “Dropped in to have a rock chip repaired expecting to pay for the repair but after they pulled me up in the system they informed me it would be no charge since they had replaced the windshield less than a year ago. They immediately took my car back to the shop and I was in and out in no time and the chip is barely noticeable and hopefully will not spread saving me further money. These folks are all super nice and respond to your needs as soon as you walk in.”
