Car Care Central at Legacy/Alma has been amazing. I’ve been taking my vehicles here for the last 15 years. They are honest, reliable and wonderful to work with. They treat their customers with respect and are always done within a reasonable time. They’ll offer to drop/pick me up at home if I want, especially if the work is expected to take some time. I’ll continue to trust them with my future vehicles for years to come.

Recently, my daughter's Jeep was towed to CCC with an alternator failure. After diagnosis, the list of repairs and cost did not sit well with me after she received the verbal quote over the phone. We had the Jeep towed away from CCC the next day for a second opinion elsewhere in Plano. The final cost was $3,100 less than quoted to us by CCC. Largely due to items that did not need the repair that CCC stated. Had we not gotten a second opinion, my daughter would have depleted her savings on this poor recommendation. We've been a customer for over 10 yrs and have recently seen work here that does not reflect our past history. We have moved onto a new service provider in Plano based on the the last 2 experiences here.

Great staff. Quality service. On time completion. Fair prices. I have several vehicles from high line imports to domestic SUVs. I would highly recommend. I will be repeat client.

They are my go to for car care. Always friendly and accommodating with fair prices. I called them Friday 1 hr before close because I had a slow leak in a tire expecting them to tell me to come in Saturday but they said bring it in and we’ll take care of it….and they did just that. Really appreciate going above and beyond!!!

Excellent and timely service. Extremely competitive pricing. Very knowledgeable managers giving sound advice and not at all pushy. When you speak to them you feel like they are genuinely interested in helping you with whatever your car needs, not just trying to make a quick buck like many other garages I have visited in the North Dallas area.

These guys are great. I’ve been bringing my ‘20 F150 and ‘18 3500HD here for a few years now for all regular maintenance.
Honest, trained technicians and reasonably priced. I’d bring my mom’s car here.

Great service! Provided a clear explanation of the issues, and repairs needed along with costs/timeline. They worked with us during the workweek and dropped off the schedule to maximize time without the vehicle.

Great place to get your vehicle worked on, great team. Had more of problem than I wanted yet they kept in touch and explained the situation and resolved it promptly. If I'm in need of repairs, hopefully not, they'll be my choice of shop to take care of things for me. I highly recommend them.

Nicholas & staff of CCC having a full schedule of vehicles to work on still accept my unscheduled dropped off vehicle to repair a non-performing AC system. AC repair was completed same day. The end result was greatly appreciated by this family! Thank you!

I read a few reviews about car care before I went, and turns out they live up to the reviews. Wes was very professional, communicated well. Their pricing is pretty fair, looks like i will be going back for regular maintenance

not capable of checking tires. they take 30 min when youre the only car. can't find my wedding ring I left in my truck. I'll go to Walmart next time to get an oil change for bad service

It used to be good when I first went. These last couple visit was not good. Couple months back, I had requested to have all my fluid replaced, and today I have not only the dealership but another mechanic told me that my car need brake fluid flush. I called and asked what exactly was done and was told that my brake fluid was replaced. I argued they basically told me that someone is trying to get me pay for the service that not necessarily needed (why would they not mention every other service that also could get me but that). Also, I was asking to get battery replace last month, after picking up the car, my car start even slower, went back Monday and they at first told me that they forgot to put in a battery and then said that it was a faulty battery. It’s a waste of time to just be there. They also messed up my another vehicle before that I had to go back and get that fix. It’s too many incident and I am not recommend to go.
Updated: I already called yall and all I got was an arrogant answer, so I am not gonna call again.

Got car inspected here. Heard popping noises when I hit the brakes after. I brought it in 2 days after and they checked with two technicians to make sure everything was ok and it was. Something must have been stuck in my car or something because the passengers iny car noticed a sound when I braked too. Anyways prompt and good quality service.
