Never stay here. I checked in and right back out. Very dirty, bugs, reeks of weed, toilets don't flush, and the door handles fall off.

When booking a budget hotel, cleanliness is always a worry. My room at Sonesta simply suites was pleasant. The rooms were clean enough. The hotel is a bit outdated but you get what you pay for. My only major complaint is the elevator. That elevator is on its last legs. MentallyPrepare yourself! It’s a very noisy and bumpy ride and my stomach dropped everytime I got on it. Overall if you’re looking for something budget friendly this place isn’t terrible. Make sure to take the stairs!

Just checked out after a month. Taylor and truly the entire staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The reviews about the pet odors almost kept us from staying here, and I can attest to the fact that it simply isn’t true. Location is very convenient but also extremely quiet and felt very safe. Thank you very much!

I have been here for over 6 months due to not being able to find an apartment I liked or could afford or in the right area. The staff could not be kinder, more generous, personable, helpful, and professional. This staff includes Suzanne, Crystal, Bobbi, Taylor, Luiz, Jaki, Charlie, Oscar, Antonio, and Gabriel. The bed is very comfortable, great desk area, drawers for clothes, mini kitchen, dish satellite, internet, and all around comfortable. Last but not least; Veronica and her cleaning staff that come and clean your room, change your Linens out, and give you fresh towels; are superb.Food & drinks: There are snacks, drinks, and food products that can be purchased at the front desk in addition to some toiletries. There is always free coffee in the laundry/gym area.

The room smelled so horrible I couldn't stay in it without gagging. It has a really strong order. I ended up having to go somewhere else without a refund.

This is by far the most friendly extended stay hotel I've stayed at. My AC went out at the house and we needed a last-minute place to stay that would also accept 2 large huskies. I'll be honest- my expectations were very low but they were very easily surpassed. Charles and the crew were extremely friendly and welcoming to us. The rooms were extremely clean and well stocked.

I was very pleasantly surprised! I stayed for 2 months while moving here for work. The people staying there are mostly all friendly and nice. My room was very clean when I checked in and I always had good service. Jaki and Jasmine were always kind, helpful, and pleasant.The only negative is that the room carpet needs to be shampood.Rooms: Great size

Candlewood Suites plano tx 75074 is a great place to stay the staff is so professional the room are clean the staff member are so helpful the outdoor area is a great place to relax and enjoy your day. Next time your in town Tha Candlewood Suites is the place to be !Ron

Rooms provide convenience and practical utility. Kitchen is nice and useful. Bathrooms are well sized with modern fittings. Mid size rooms feel spacious due to the sensible arrangement and decor. The hotel has a pantry where items can be picked up anytime based on honor system.
