Seems like angel had a great time. And the fact when I picked her up , the lady at the front told me she’s an introvert, which we know lol. She told me angel received lots of love from the staff. I know they are busy, but they took time out to give her love, which she loves. Thank you cano bow wow staff. The cleanliness of the place was immaculate. When we dropped angel off, the employee asked questions about her food etc, wrote it down, which I appreciate. When I picked her up all her items were secure, even labeled. Thank your again, and we will see you all soon. Highly recommend t camp bow wow. You will not be disappointed. I also love the web cam, where we can see our fur baby..

I love that Camp Bow Wow offers additional enrichment activities for my dogs. I sent my dogs to Daycare specifically on a day when they could create a tumbler - which also gives me some enjoyment and a memory to keep and enjoy.

Willow's first Day at Camp Bow Wow was a success. We adopted her just a few weeks ago and decided to wait to socialize her. The Camp was a perfect way to see how she would make friends. Definitely bringing her back to the Plano Camp Bow Wow. The staff were very professional, place was clean and smelled nice. The cameras worked great!

Best doggie daycare! Reliable, safe, fun place for dog. Much care demonstrated by team. Your pet will be treated with care overall.
We drive a long way to go to this special place!
Update: great stay overall, lots of matting behind ears not resolved with bath. The team refunded 1st bath.
Saved baby teeth, very special.

Great staff, take excellent care of dogs.
Experienced some matting unexpected, not resolved with bath (refund for bath fee agter notifying mgmt). Never had any issues besides this.
Caretakers were kind to save puppy teeth!
Take two dogs and they ate treated with care.

This location is literally the best. I’m a high maintenance dog mom, I know it…and they handle my requests with zero issues. They care they give our two dogs is incredible. The staff there is amazing and the owner April is the most responsive person in the world and truly cares for the care of the animals. I highly highly recommend Camp Bow Wow, I trust them implicitly with our doggies.

I feel safe sending my pup here. I sent my other dogs before her as well & the team is always accommodating. Plus the add on bath is a plus!

I liked that I was able to view the multiple live webcams via my phone and that the camp counselors were actively present with the pups in the play areas and they were not just sitting there on their phones or distracted with something else. It gave me peace of mind to see that their full attention was on the play area. I viewed multiple other boarding places and when I would watch the live cameras I noticed that the employees just sat there and were either watching videos on their phones, texting or doing something to where their heads were down and glued to their mobile devices instead of monitoring the pups. I immediately crossed those places off my list and knew I would never give them a chance. Murphy will camping at Camp Bow Wow again in the future. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my furry friend!

Great pricing and I'm very friendly and helpful staff! I love being able to view the play area and suite cameras on the app or website.My only complaint is the camera streaming and UI can be a bit funky but that's more a corporate thing and doesn't detract from the quality of service from this location.
