Always a great place to visit for indoor plants. It's a bit slim right now with winter coming, tho in spring they are always full of greenery. Staff is always helpful and welcoming. Definitely worth a stop if plant shopping.

So sad!!! I used to live to come to Calloway's for inspiration and to find beautiful plants. They have done away with the pots that they used to have around the nursery for inspiration. The plants are just regular stuff you'd find anywhere, inventory is sparse looking, some dead stuff, empty shelves...not worth a special trip anymore. I was literally the only one here.I hope they bring back the old Calloway's!!

They love to sell you plants and trees, but they don’t like answering question. I bought an orange tree last year there and today I stopped to ask a question I have about my sick orange tree. I was there for 10 minutes until I found someone to ask, he said he’ll be right back to answer it…. After 15 more minutes I gave up. I will not buy anything else there.

Good selection of plants, and they all seem to be well taken care of. Ample parking as well. Giving 4 stars because the cashier at checkout wasn’t the friendliest and the entire interaction was very odd.

Ryan Martin was very helpful - we needed several plants for our garden due to loosing mostly everything due to last freeze and he was very informative. As a result we purchased a great deal from Calloway’s. Hope everything grows and lasts!

I called ahead today to confirm my plants were in stock and the price, yet the pricing information I was given was completely inaccurate, nothing was even in the low ball price range I was given and hadn't been. When I arrived the herbs I was looking for were spread out and the pricing was unmarked except for a sign more than twelve feet away with no information on plant type, height or weight the amount went with, just a price. I asked an employee named Kirsten, (sp?) to confirm the price and the 12 feet she had to walk to help me clearly upset her. Her attitude could best be described as angry. I asked if this was the only herb of this kind she had and she said if it's not on the table we don't have it. I explained the man on the phone said there were 3 kinds this morning so I'm trying to locate them or see if they sold out in two hours. Another customer overheard and said she found two at the end of the table (misplaced from the rest). Kirsten condescending said to me, "see if you read the label you'll see information about the plant" (ignoring that I had looked for a while before I asked for help and these were out of place, and belittling me like an ignorant child.) As she walked away she exclaimed to the other customers when she thought I couldn't hear that, "He should learn how to read." Followed by a chuckle. When I made it to the counter the checkout lady never said a word until I pointedly asked her how her day was, she says, "FINE!" After she scans my items, 3 other female employees walk up and they start talking with their backs to me as I wait. She tells them both "Well I'm not leaving, he'll have to just make me leave!!" She hands me my receipt without even turning or looking in my direction. I say, "thank you ladies!" and not one bothered to respond or even acknowledge my existence. I'll absolutely never shop at Calloway's again and I'll be sure to tell all my gardening friends.

I'm just interested of the plants. Today I checked in, there's a old lady, with blue eyes very angry looking, gives me fighting tones of voice. It was just a question. I saw these little flower in the trashed and just ask about can I take it 0%price? She give me a scary eyes looking first and she wasn't nice at all. Angry environment doesn't exist.

Good assortment of well tended plants. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. May be a hair more expensive than Lowe's or Home Depot, but well worth it.

We have bare patches of dirt in our St. Augustine grass lawn. We used Scott's DiseaseEx Lawn Fungacide/Fertilizer. We hope this helps, but if you have experience with something better, please let me know. Thanks.

I have bought plants here for years and I have always been happy with the service. Yesterday the staff were awful. When I asked for help finding something, I received a very curt response and little help finding what I wanted. The lady who checked me out was rude and unhelpful. People who do not like working with people should not be in these jobs. I left the nursery very disheartened and angry. I hope your customer service improves.
