Esperanza was great and very helpful. She created an account for us.The nursery was clean, and the free water bottle was very needed. My husband got everything he needed for his fall display.

I just recently moved here from Florida. Needless to say gardening is a bit different in Texas but the employees at this nursery really helped me get a good idea of what plants will do well here. Compared to what I have seen at other nurseries around their stock is also very well taken care of for the heat. My compliments to whoever cares for the plants!! The prices were slightly higher than you would find at say Home Depot or Lowe’s but the quality and variety is incomparable.

Always friendly and super knowledgeable but today they were exceptional! I walked in 10 mins before closing and they all still helped me get what I needed. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name that helped me get the 20 plant's but I was trying to get out so they could leave. Still they didn't rush me. He answered all my questions and I was out 10 mins after closing. Great team, plant's always look great. Highly recommend!

I sought professional help to redo my front flower beds. Paid for the design, install, soil prep (what a joke) and upgrade of the watering system to make sure I would have a good result.... I wasted my money. Currently the only thing doing well are the tall grasses over growing my entry sidewalk. We are going to have to move these. And the "warranty" charges me an install price for every plant they replace. I should've just gone and bought some plants and done it myself.

Never coming here again! Customer service is garbage! Attempted to return a dying plant and got nothing but an attitude and refused to get my money back when I only got the plant only 4 days prior! Horrible business! Never again

We drove around to nurseries around the area. By comparison, Calloways stock is the healthiest looking. There wasn't as much variety as anticipated for a nursery of this size, but the quality is better than the home centers.

When you can’t find the plants at Walmart or Lowe’s, be assured that Calloways Nursery will have that perfect plant in the color or structure you desire. The day before Mother’s Day was waiting a little late for choice, they still had what we wanted. Some flower plants were not individually marked, it would have been helpful to have a sign denoting the price. I’m already home and plants in the pots. Enjoy the color for this weekend!

The Plano location is my least favorite location and I've decided to no longer shop here. It doesn't matter if they are busy or if the store is almost empty, it's highly likely you will not be acknowledged by the employees. There have been times where I felt as if my shopping at this location was an inconvenience instead of being appreciated. There have also been a few occasions when I have purchased small sansevieria's only to take them home to find they were unrooted cuttings.

One of the best locations, we have been to a couple of Calloway’s Nurseries, and this is the best one of them. Well arranged, Nicely decorated and organized. Of course, the plants are a tad bit expensive compared to other places though.

One plant was priced at 180$ here, I bought the same from other shop for just 40$ and the quality is superior than calloways. There was a 10$ off 50$ promotion going on, but the bill desk wont let you know unless u ask it. Stay away unless you are a billionaire.

Best plants ever! Everything is fab & great quality. It's heavenly walking around the nursery bc there are plants you don't normally see at most places.

The plants here are beautiful and they have a good variety of seed packets as well. Staff are supe friendly!
