All around great car buying experience, NO STRESS here at C3 auto. No pressure to purchase (although I did purchase a vehicle). I was impressed with the quality (Carfax certified one owner, only serviced at the dealership, beautiful interior) of the vehicle and they allowed me to bring my mechanic to take a look before purchasing. Pricing was fair and I left happy. I honestly would suggest this place to anyone I know looking to buy a used vehicle. Great honest team behind C3. Thanks for the great service!

I found the car I wanted at C3 through carsdotcom. I called and asked what else was added to the advertised price. Tax and a low doc fee. No lies The owner and I had a great conversation while his guys finished the deal. Great guys! I wish all car dealerships were like C3!

These guys are solid! I purchased a 2017 Nissan Armada and not only did they give me an awesome deal and were patient through all the questions I had. This truck is better than I had hoped. And…they were able to get it shipped to me in Alabama. Shout out to Danny, Ronnie, and Larry. Thanks for bearing with me through the process.

I am writing this review now because I need to warn other people about the gamble. You are making by buying a car from C3 auto.
I purchased my truck just under two years ago fromC3 auto It has been nothing but problems since. Constant electric issues, transmission, issues, computer issues. When I took it to get another assessment, they told me I need a new engine. This truck has been nothing but a problem ever since I got it. It is in the shop right now getting fixed again. If I could do it all over, I would definitely not go back to C3 I would take my time and look elsewhere.

Bought a truck there 3 weeks ago. They neglected to tell me the keys get stuck in the ignition, got lucky on my test drive i guess, that they didn't go with me on. Check engine light came on and my AC went out. All within 3 weeks. Had me wait all day, so they could get an inspection done on it before I took it and ended up needing to be drove for a while before so they didn't get that done. I got it done a day later, I wonder if they knew it wouldn't pass inspection, because it failed.

I really tried to like it.
After owning my car from C3 for a year and few months, I am likely trading it in for a different car from a DIFFERENT dealer.
My car has had to be taken into the shop almost every month for one thing or another.
When I received the car it already had issues that were not disclosed. A leak in the hood (which lead to a very pricey repair) and ghost touch on the smart screen inside the car which at times makes the screen totally unusable and the only solution to not hearing the beeps of ghost touch is turning the whole monitor off which is just ridiculous.
Trading it in elsewhere because the amount of issues with it in just one year was ridiculous.
The people at C3 are kind, full of smiles and all that good stuff, but the quality of car they sold me and all the hidden issues is not worth it.

My wife and I bought our first truck (Tundra) from C3-Auto. It had a tire light on but they convinced us that they would fix it after we bought it. After multiple attempts to coordinate with C3Auto (for them to keep their word) my family and I gave up. C3-Auto is just another car dealership.

BUYER BEWARE – THIS DEALERSHIP SOLD ME A LEMON AND VANISHED WHEN THINGS WENT WRONG
I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Shortly after buying my Jeep, it developed severe engine problems — including a blown head gasket, cylinder damage, and other major mechanical failures. These were not normal maintenance issues — they were catastrophic defects that any responsible dealership should have identified and addressed before putting the car up for sale.
I was told the vehicle had passed inspection and was in good condition. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. The repairs have totaled nearly $10,000, and the extended warranty I purchased was essentially useless — excluding all major repairs that actually mattered. When I reached out to the dealership for assistance, I was met with avoidance, indifference, and a refusal to take accountability.
This situation has been a nightmare — financially devastating and emotionally exhausting. I've filed complaints with both state and federal agencies over their deceptive practices.
If you're considering buying from this dealer, don’t. You’re gambling with your money, peace of mind, and possibly your safety. There are far better and more honest places to do business. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Crazy and imaginary prices. What nonsense and madness? This is extremely exaggerated. I was shocked when I opened the site to browse the prices. This place lives on another planet.
