This place, specifically Angelo the Manager took advantage of my Mother. She spent over $10K there and kept the car for 6 months and it’s worse than it was when she left it. They kept assuring her it would be fixed and it was a good car so she believed it would be fixed and kept paying the invoices they billed her. However, it was never completely fixed and they have now refused to fix it and make it right. Do not use this place. We will be reporting this to the BBB.

They guys are good at customer service and will work with you, yet they overcharge like crazy. They wanted to charge me $650 to replace my thermostat on my car. I called around and the lowest I found was $330.
I ended up doing it myself for less than a $100.

The Svs adviser, Jason is professional and has an excellent customer service skills in explaining the details about the issues of my car and completed the Svs with in the specified time promised, I am pleased with the service.

We needed a new, hard to find battery. Even though it was late in the day, Brakes Plus came through. They located and installed replacement battery for hybrid while we waited. Very professional and friendly service. Thanks Mike Johnson of the Plano store.
