At the end of our conversation, she told me she’d drop by my home to leave her card. After that, I scheduled a time to bring in my camper so they could better understand the issue (my slide-out wasn’t working).
Unfortunately, I missed my initial appointment because I forgot to bring my hitch, so I had to reschedule – on Christmas Eve! But when I met with Mike, everything became incredibly easy. But this most recent experience with the Caliber team at the West Plano office stands out even above the generally fine work this company consistently provides.
