Another body shop had estimated a many-thousands of dollars repair. Carrie got it all washed off with solvent and didn’t charge me anything! She was so nice and super knowledgeable! “I had a fantastic experience with Central Auto - HONEST, good people and high quality work. Anthony and Jeremy both did an excellent job with repairs on my 2021 Bronco and were both upfront and honest with which specific dents were and were not in scope of our contract (even inviting me into the shop to review myself while repairs were underway) since aluminum is more difficult to repair than steel. “If you really, really care about the quality of body & paintwork you're having done, come here.New Concepts works with some of the most discerning brands, but was happy to accept work on my rather pedestrian vehicle. I've had very mixed results with other body shops, especially with difficult-to-match colors like metallic white.There was no such mixed experience with New Concepts. The paint and body - as someone with a relatively good eye for such things - is indistinguishable from factory. Which means the quality of the paintwork is likely higher.They're a small shop that does high quality work, so don't be surprised when you have to wait a little bit to get your vehicle in. But you won't be disappointed with the quality of work, the communication from the team, or the price. I will absolutely come back and will absolutely recommend New Concepts to anyone I know who needs paint and body work done.”

Most of those recently have involved Caliber Collision and have been good experiences across the board. But this most recent experience with the Caliber team at the West Plano office stands out even above the generally fine work this company consistently provides. Tasean, Natalie, Mike, and the whole team at this location were superb in competency, proactively thoughtful service, and tangibly supported care. They were proactive in keeping me informed, worked through a myriad of difficulties along the way with clear communication and what seemed to me to be genuine care, as if it was their vehicle that was being fixed. “I waited a month before Sewell collision could take my car. When I brought my car in, they said it was going to take 6 to 9 weeks, which was ridicules for a bumper cover replacement and paint.I pulled my car from Sewell; had DFW Pro Bright Star Body Shop do the work, man they hooked me up.This is a family owned and respected auto body shop that goes back over 20 years.They were able to complete my repairs in 2 weeks!!!I was informed exactly where they were in their process through text mails that lead you to a dashboard which displays Dropped Off - Started - Finished - Picked Up.In addition, it displays the costs and deductible with contacts with DFW and your insurance provider.Overall, they did a great job on my car, and they were able to help fund the deductible based on my financial situation.I will always use them for my auto body repair needs, I think you need to go down there check them out.Ask for Peyman, he's the man...”
