I was in a car accident where someone hit me and decided to take my car to Bimmers only. I had been talking to them for about a week before deciding to take my car in to the shop. On Wednesday, September 18, 2024 I was on my way to the shop at 8:45 AM for a 9 o’clock appointment to bring my vehicle in. I live about 45 minutes to an hour away from the shop. On my way there at about 855 I get a text stating that I cannot bring my vehicle in because I am a cash pay customer and per the owner. I have to pay for parts upfront. As I explained. I had only been talking to them for about a week. They had not physically seen my vehicle or touched my vehicle. I did show them an estimate from a different repair shop of what was wrong with my vehicle and sent pictures of what was wrong with my vehicle, however they had not done their own estimate as they had explained to me they would do, the young lady that answers the phone stated they would have to do their own estimate for the damages before they could give me an accurate price. Now I explained you have not seen my vehicle so what would I be paying for and you have not given me the damages or price of what the damages would be because you have not seen my vehicle , she explained that the pictures they already knew I needed the pictures now knowing I have a BMW is good, but I have not found anybody that good that can look at a picture and tell you exactly what part you will need without touching the vehicle to see what you will need so I don’t think anyone should go to this facility and get their car worked on because obviously this is a Scammers Paradise. Please do not take your vehicle here and then pay them upfront even if it’s an insurance paying for it please do not take your vehicle here.

The guys at Bimmers Only helped me with some modifications to my M2. I had brought my own parts and with any mods there's the risk of things not exactly working out. That said, the parts I brought were defective (ECS Tuning refunded me the full purchase price). Chris and Freddy walked me through the details of the issues, suggested a couple different solutions, and did everything at a competitive price. These guys really know their BMW's, do their best to offer a fair price, and only recommend things that are worth doing. My M2 is running great, thanks guys!

This shop is next to a badminton court that I have been playing for last 6 years. Other than the local dealer this is the only service shop that I trust ! Competent mechanics and reasonable prices ! The owner Fred is a very friendly fellow ! 5 stars all around !

This auto shop did a fantastic job fixing my car. They analyzed it from top to bottom and gave me a great price in the end. And they guarantee their work. Highly recommend Bimmers only.

My BMW started whistling loudly as the engine would turn off via auto stop/start. Loud and embarrassing. YouTube showed replacing the valve cover would fix the issue. I failed doing it myself and I made a mess of things after giving up. Bimmers Only cleaned my mess up and now my BMW is driving better than before! They finished the work sooner than expected and their maintenance recommendation found issues a certain BMW dealership didn’t find a couple months prior. Recommend Bimmers Only in Plano to all Bimmer owners.
