The employees inside are kind and helpful.

I recently purchased the Total membership worth USD 179 and the salesman sold it to me using false information and did not even use my correct details when making the purchase. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Needed to buy a laptop for single player games ONLY.
Mayur (computer dept) helped select the specific laptop for my needs. He is An Expert in that field. He knows computers and their lingo. And Adan (Geek Squad help update computer and set it up for me. Wow!!! They both got what I needed. Shopping was so easy. Thank you so much guys!!!!!

If you buy any items from this store or specifically Dyson airwrap or hair styling tool, please be AWARE that you may end up buying used/repackaged item disguised as a new item. Be sure to check the sealing sticker is sealed without any evidence of resealing and if the packaging inside is identical with yt unboxing videos. I talked to one of the customer service associates at the store and he didn’t seem care.

Nice to know, I can find almost anything I need when it comes to technology. I was a little disappointed because I spent about 15 minutes walking around the store trying to find the item I needed. Not one employee offered to help me search.

I am very grateful to Abdul for taking a lot of time and patiently helping me complete all the transfer and settings on the old and new phones. Although I encountered a little trouble with the phone number, Abdul, with his professional knowledge and dedicated work spirit, still helped me do everything perfectly! At the same time, I am also very grateful to the other duty manager and another lady who spent a lot of time to help me order the phone, as well as the staff who did a very perfect job of applying the film for my phone, and the staff who helped me find a beautiful film for the phone. In general, I feel that the best buy team here will definitely get better and better! Thank you very much!

It’s one of the worst places. Representatives don’t know and do not share the complete process they tell you half the process I had to visit 5 times to get my AirPod pro traded in! I would prefer shopping anywhere else from now on then here

Went to Best Buy for a wireless charger because my house lost power in a thunderstorm. The entire staff was very helpful. The staff members named Zong annd Cam were especially helpful. They let me charge my phone since it was completely dead. Zong checked up on me regularly and went above and beyond with amazing customer service.

This is a very nice store. It’s clean, not overly loud, nor crowded. It’s kind of small compared to many Best Buy’s I’ve visited, but there’s something about that which makes it more welcoming.
