Went to make a ATM transaction at 7:40 in the evening and it's pitch black, no lights at or around the ATM. I had to use my phone light just to see where to put the card in on the ATM and with all the woods and bushes around if it wasn't it being in a rich neighborhood I never would have pulled up. I felt like I was going to get robbed the whole time. In my my whole life never been to an ATM that dark in that area you should never be like that you should never be like that. Pitch Black with no lights at all very dangerous

It's an outrageous experience. I have personal and company accounts with pnc bank. I usually use the Frisco branch, but I stopped by this branch near my house today because I suddenly needed cash. I gave to jamie(bank clerk) personal check, driver's license to check the distribution, and a pnc credit card. Since I was going on a trip, I asked for a large Bill. Bank clerk jamie said that there are no large denomination bills, so he had to mix them with small denomination bills, and that the my driver's license was expired. so he couldn't confirm his identity, so he couldn't withdraw it. I inquired about the verification process with my credit card or online banking, but they said no, so I went home and revisited with a temporary driver's license. Bank clerk jamie looked at my temporary driver's license carefully to see what was wrong with me, and then avoided work, saying that I should ask the manager again. If you cannot verify your identity even with a provisionalㅓ license, how can customers do their banking work smoothly? Later, the branch manager withdrew the money in large bills. Even though there are large denominations, they do not provide the services that customers want. I think he lacks a lot of customer service attitude or education. Friendly customer service is required.

When adding a new bank to your portfolio goes Wrong the branch manager Nicola is a Joke. She was in back talking to the other workers about something on their phone and when she was asked to help me told me she was busy the remaining of the day and to schedule for later this week. These banks are SO UNPROFESSIONAL ITS GETTING TO WHERE IM JUST GOING TO STICK W LARGER BRANCHES WITH PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES BOA AND CHASE APPARENTLY THE WAY TO GO

I didn't get names unfortunately but the lovely tellers assisted me with replacing a stolen debit card. Incredibly customer friendly. If I lived closer, I'd bank here more often!

Had a great experience here today, Jamie, the clerk in the front, was great. Super polite but also really quick at handling my business for me. One of the better PNC locations in my opinion.

Very bad experience so far! I am being charged fees I never agreed to, or I was unaware of,, after transitioning from BBVA. Customer service is poor, I have been hung up on.
