I normally bank with Laura at the 14th and Jupiter location. But I decided to run in here and deposit an $8,000 third-party check from a family member. Immediately the Indian lady up front was giving me attitude then I went to see shabu who I've met before and done a transaction with but she said they don't do third party checks.Getting stereotype by Indian people is ridiculous.I just got back from my normal location and of course they deposited the check into my account because I've been a BBVA/ PNC customer for over 12 years.

Rosa is the only person who is customer focused and trying to be helpful at this location. All others are not. Worst customer service. They don’t care if someone is standing for a long time to deposit a check and be sent back, because they are busy. I am not sure how can they send a customer back saying they are counting their checks and mistakes and could not be able to attend anyone. What a ruthless pnc center and its customer service??

So let me start off by saying I am not a fan of PNC. We Miss BBVA.ROSA took her time to call me several days after I left the bank to ask if everything was still in working order. She and people like her is what is keeping this company alive.

Every BBVA bank in the North Texas area is terrible. They are always understaffed, never complete anything in a timely manner, and very inconsiderate. I've had my account frozen since Dec 4th; still haven't heard anything in regards to this. I absolutely would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone!!! I've also missed my lunch reservations because their Customer Support is no existing. Hate this bank.

We have banked at this Compass branch office ever since they opened, close to 30 years. Over the years we have enjoyed a close relationship with all the cashiers, managers and assistant managers. Happy days ended just a couple days ago. Upon entering the bank I realized that no one was available to help me. As I turned, a lady appeared that I had never previously met. She asked what I needed. I proceeded to explain that my wife was on her way and we needed to wire funds to Virginia with a fax cover letter of instructions. The instant I got the word fax out of my mouth she told me that they would not do that and insisted the conversation was over. To my surprise, after asking who she was, I was told that she was the branch manger. I explained that a service bank should be trying to assist us. She knew I was perturbed upon leaving the bank and would file a complaint which I tried to do by leaving a voice mail to the district manger. A never received a reply. Laura Connors, in order to protect herself, notified corporate security that she had been threatened. Sometimes things are just beyond my 77 years of belief.

Horrible bank. Had some discrepancies on my auto loan so was told to go in a branch so when I got thereThe teller wants to say “ I dont Have access to a loan system”. So get me with somebody who does or make a call to the dept to find out and help me. Paid off my loan and never again will I deal With lazy people/bank. If you don’t like your job than don’t work there. What happen to customer service. I wasnt Rude or ugly. Just a consumer needing help.

Horrible customer service. Left a voicemail for the branch manager Laura yesterday morning. As of today no call back. I just can't believe this back has gone downhill so fast. Not that it makes a difference, but, I'll be making an appointment to close my accounts. Thanks for nothing Laura
