The best pharmacy with the nicest people. They are always quick with filling a prescription and call as soon as possible if there is something wrong or to give information on a delay.

Asthma care is an absolute joke!! Don't send anyone you love here. No pulmonologist consult. My pulmonologist sent me to the ER bc I was day 10 of failing antibiotics, 60 mg Prednisone and albuterol breathing treatments every 15 minutes. The ER doc gave me 4 breathing treatments, NO PULM CONSULT, and discharged me. On the way out the door to my car I was having another terrible asthma attack gasping and unable to breathe. So I turned around and went back inside and demanded to see the pulmonologist. They told me no, I had to leave and escorted me to my car. Said it was the ER docs call. AND I'M AN EMPLOYEE IN THE ICU AT THIS HOSPITAL AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR OWN. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Do you know how it feels to be escorted out of your own hospital, one you've worked at for over 10 years? Extremely insulting. How hard would it have been to pick up the phone and call the pulmonologist upstairs? The best part was the ER Doc told me to go get a 2nd opinion from another pulmonologist.... That's literally why I was there bc my outpatient pulmonologist told me to go to the ER for help.

There is nothing more precious than the people we love. Nothing more frightening than depending on others to care for our loved ones. My family is so grateful for the care shown by the loving staff at BSW - Plano. My mom had knee replacement surgery last week. The kindness, care and expertise shown was amazing. From admission (Jessica) to discharge (Aleya) and all points in between! The Love & Care is superb. Special "Thank You" to Dr. Rhodes (the best surgeon) and the nurses on 5... Doris and team, you know who you are. Jerri your staff is AMAZING. Elisa

Not impressed with ICU. Staff are constantly on their phones and watch football in the evenings.

My experience at this emergency hospital was deeply disappointing. Arrived at 8:30 pm for my wife's eye infection due to emergency , but we're still waiting to see the doctor. This is the second time it's happened, don't recommend this place, especially when you're in pain and risking a long wait. Our kids are at home, and we're unsure when we'll leave. They might have good doctors, but it's poorly managed here.

Plano, Baylor Hospital was by FAR the best hospital experience I've ever had for surgery. * They have a complementary valet service if you'd prefer not to park in the parking garage across the street. *They have staff member who walks you upstairs to the surgical waiting room; a blanket is offered there if you happen to be chilly. *Lockers are available to store your belongings in while your family waits. *In your private room, you have a hose that attaches to your gown to give you adjustable warm or cold air! THIS was so wonderful! *The nurse NUMBS you FIRST with a needle of lanocane before the try to get an iv going. SO much less painful!! *They apply an anti nausea patch behind your ear (like you'd take for a cruise), in case you get nauseated from anesthesia. A Chaplin visited. This was a huge, and very welcomed surprise for me! I teared up when I realized who she was, and we prayed together. This gal had been a children's pastor for 25 yrs! And this service was what she was doing after retirement until the Lord calls her home. God sent her that day, for sure. All the nurses and staff were kind, helpful, and attentive. If I had a choice, this is the only hospital I would use. I forgot to mention another important addition; they gave my husband a color coded card to show at what progression I was in the surgical & recovery process; along the way he received calls throughout, telling him how I was doing. My surgeon even called; I can't say enough good things about Dr Joshua Lemmon as a talented surgeon, either! There's a reason he's the best.

Be very careful if you decide to go the FMLA route. Next time I will just mark myself in. Many providers do not charge for the FMLA form. I had no idea this was so complicated. Baylor sends it to their special friend HealthMark which has a big business filling out your for. You will get an invoice which must first be paid before they will send your employer the filled out form. The irony is I was working the whole time from home! It's a racket. My other doctors do not charge and the medical schools do not charge. Especially when you have already paid them $30K for surgery. Baylor is big corporate business. Be ready to pay through your nose.

I went with my mother today to do a chemotherapy teaching session with one of the physician assistants at 4708 alliance blvd suite 475. She was very nice and we had picked a day to start treatment but would need to stop by the front desk first in order to pick a time. We stopped by the front desk and the African American lady at the counter asked us what the name of the person we saw was. In that moment, I couldn't remember the name since we see so many doctors every time we visit the hospital and my mind was exhausted at that point and I could not think properly. I told her I couldn't remember and she stared at me, threw up her hands and said, "well I can't help you at all if YOU don't remember her name." We asked her if she can just search by my mom's name and she refused to help us look for her or provide any kind of assistance. She kept repeating over and over again that she couldn't help us. Luckily, the PA we had talked with stepped out the door in that moment and we were able to give her the information she needed. We then stood there for another 10 min in complete silence while she looked up the upcoming possible appointment times. She then told us my mom's oncologist is not in office Monday and we need to walk downstairs to talk to his nurse to figure out a day. At this point, I was confused and asked for clarification because we had picked out Monday as a start date and now she can't start on that day. Instead of explaining further or helping the situation, she just looked at us with a nasty attitude and said she couldn't help us anymore and that there was nothing she could do. Imagine....it's almost the end of the day. We need this appointment and there's no guarantee that when I walk downstairs, the office will even be open. Instead of helping the situation, she made us feel like a burden and looked down on us. As a office staff who is the face of the entire office, her attitude was extremely rude and unfit to talk to patients. ESPECIALLY at an oncology office? People are more sensitive and emotional and at least she can give a SHRED of sympathy or help or ANYTHING. I have never in my entire life encountered someone as rude and unhelpful as her. I was sorely disappointed with that experience. It also didn't help that her manager came over and kept defending her the entire time even though she was NOT there for the entirety of the conversation, just the last few minutes. In my anger I had forgotten to ask for the name of the front desk worker but we were there today at around 4-4:30 pm so there was only one person working there.

I was referred to Baylor Scott & White Plano following an EKG by my Primary Care Doctor because my Calcium Score Test increased from the previous test several years ago. My PC Dr wanted an additional evaluation to confirm everything was ok with my heart. A month after I had the evaluation at BS&W by Dr David Prewitt, I received a bill for the full amount of the procedure because Medicare and my Secondary Ins. denied the claim saying it was for duplicate and routine service. It turns out, BS&W miss-coded the procedure I had. I spent months with the help of my Primary Care Doctor's office trying to get BS&W to correct the medical code so that Medicare and my Secondary would pay their share of the bill. The billing department or whoever at BS&W is responsible for coding is impossible to deal with. Then, one day, I find out that BS&W sent my bill to a collection agency. That was the last straw for me and this worthless place. I called and settled the payment with the collection agency but will never use or refer anyone to this awful place.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Every staff member has been gracious and willing to help. Yes, you have to park in the garage and walk in to the second floor (or call ahead for curbside pickup), but it's worth it to have meds ready when they should be and no hassle with costs. It is very small, but I think that adds to the personal attention each customer receives. Plus, their hours are way more convenient than other pharmacies who close at 5:30 or 6pm. Usually when I visit, there is not another soul in the vicinity. Communication from them is amazing, and I enjoy using the BSW app to refill what I need.

Poor service. Denied care/treatment with a doctor I am already a patient of. Staff incapable of verifying insurance. Take your health seriously and go elsewhere.
