“Daniel at this location was so beyond helpful! He listed to my problems about my car battery and being rejected by other Battery+ locations. He stepped up and honored my warranty. This location, however, didn’t have the battery needed to fulfill the warranty but he went above and beyond to find a location with the battery needed and that would honor my warranty. 10/10 appreciate Daniel and his honor and determination.”

“I called and spoke with John about my key fob not working and got it replaced. Come to find out, my car battery had died from not turning off my brights on accident. John not only made sure I was ok, but came to my car to charge it and get it back up and running. He is very informative and has care for people! In saying that, I highly recommend to put your trust in this business. Will be going back when needed. Thank you for your generosity and empathy John! “I was at your Richardson Store. I called a young man named Daniel about a concern I had with a rock hitting my windshield. He said “come in and I will show you a kit that we have and help you.” He was so friendly and kind. We drove to the store and he walked me through the steps of what to do then he came out to my car and took a look at the area in question. He said I should worry about those because they were so tiny and hadn’t spidered out like others he showed me near by. I found his his service, friendliness, and honest absolutely amazing and outstanding. I believe he he is the Assistant Manager. Well done Daniel! Thank you. I will be a customer for life after todays experience.”

“I would like to thank the gentleman that was at the counter (older guy couldn’t get his name). He was very helpful assisting me and my sister when we arrived at the store. We came for a coolant hose and he went above and beyond with the costumer service. I really appreciate his service and god bless him.”

“Staff went above and beyond i really appreciate all of their help. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Incredibly friendly. My alternator and radiator crashed out on me and they helped me and my mobile mechanic out a lot. They definitely took ownership from start to finish to ensure that i was set and good to go. Oreilly is definitely my only go to part store and as long as im in the area it will also be this specific store.”
