I placed a pick up order on on Sunday and went to pick it up yesterday. I was promptly greeted by the lady with bright red hair. She was very friendly and mentioned the App special for the day, which I appreciated since I hadn’t checked it out! I ended up spending $100 on wallflowers and room sprays in addition to the soaps and candles I had ordered for pick up! There was a lot of product and the bags were heavy and parking was not very close. Aaron volunteered to help me carry everything out! Top notch service at every point, very pleased. I’ve been to many B&BW’s and this one had the best customer service for sure!

So I went to this location and I was greeted warmly by Sean. He was amazing. He helped me pull up a coupon. Which I had no clue how to do. And then he went on to honor a sale that had expired instore but only online. Just because the online system was not helping with check out. That's why I went there. I was really impressed by his service. He's amazing, he asked his colleague, Sophia to help me check out, and she was equally amazing. Both of them were very personal and yet professional and patient. This is what you call customer service. They really are on top of it especially Shawn who I believe has been there for a while. Thank you so much.

As soon as I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by several staff members. I spoke with the manager about one of my wall flowers being defective and she helped me out with the exchange for another one. There's always a sale going on in the store. I really like that there's such a great selection of candles, lotions, sanitizing products, and wall flowers etc. I purchased the scented wall plug-in's there was a 5 for $27 deal. I jumped on it. Lol
