Food and service are impeccable. Gaspar is incredibly attentive, and makes you feel like you're at a 5 Star restaurant without the pretentiousness often experienced at those types of restaurants.
Primarily a craft butchery emporium providing a variety of premium wet and dry-aged steaks during the day. In the evenings at the turn of the clock we transform into a exquisite dining establishment. You will enjoy a very intimate setting with a unique view of our one-of-a-kind dry-aging room. Highlighted by a 300 sqft illuminated Himalayan salt wall, you will see cuts of prime and exotic beef such as Akaushi Wagyu, Kuroge Washu Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, A5 Wagyu (Snow Beef) from Hokkaido Japan, American Wagyu and some of the very best USDA Black Angus Beef you will ever experience.
