The service staff is very bad. Insult the customers. They smile at me. But it was a disdainful smile. And I don't know what kind of society they were born from to speak so badly. I really want to know If you guys work this badly Why don't you resign? I won't come back here again. And I don't recommend it. You guys should go train your employees on the new etiquette. They were very rude to me. I never look down on anyone because everyone has equal rights. I don't like people who discriminate against others but don't look at themselves. And I recommend showing reviews to all your employees. So that they will know how bad their customer service is.

Omigosh, I can't believe the bad reviews. The people who work at this branch are so accommodating and friendly. I have two locations closer to my house yet I prefer this one, due to the exceptional customer service. If you are fortunate enough to haveIssa as your teller, your day will be made. Such a wonderful personality with a very kind spirit. I overheard him talking to the customer before me, and she was a bit stressed trying to accomplish whatever it was she was doing. He was so very kind and patient with her. If I were a branch manager, I would keep an eye on this young man. He should be promoted just for his customer service skills alone. That's it. I have been a B of A customer for probably 30 plus years. I highly recommend doing business here!

There is worst BOA. The tailor named Gastavo is not professional and I was waiting front of his computer for 20 minutes for simple work. However, he did not say any apologize and his manager is rude too.I strongly wanna say to find an other location of BOA.

BE PREPARED FOR DISCRIMINATION, WENT THERE TO CASH A CHECK, THE LADY AT THE COUNTER ASKED FOR MY ID BEFORE EVEN ME INSERTING THE BANK CARD AND PIN NUMBER,WENT TO ANOTHER BRANCH AND ASKED THE MANAGER ABOUT IT AND SAID THE ONLY TIME THEY ASK FOR AN ID IS WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR CARD OR YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR PIN NUMBER. SHAME..

This was our first banking experience in US. The staff was friendly and patient to answer all our questions. The overall process was seamless and quick.

Im sorry but this has always been my absolute least favorite location. Everytime I’ve went here they are 0 help and rude. Save your time go to dallas PKWY location, not this one on preston. SAVE THE HEADACHE Honestly save your time and just bank elsewhere. Terrible, awful, customer service and even worse 1-800 customer service. DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA! If I didn’t have so much tied in with them I’d cancel if I could.

The employees that work here are very friendly! This is the most convenient BOA and while I still have an account with this terrible conglomerate I will continue to use this location.Seriously the employees are very nice here!! I always enjoy my stops hereMost times I come inside to use the atm just for a little friendly interactionThanks for always brightening my day!

Went in to handle my deceased dads bank account. They acted as if they were knowledgeable about it. I gave them all the paperwork to go over with me. I left with little information. I got a call later saying I need a form I do not need. Every email has been unhelpful and generic in response. If you're dealing with the same, I would suggest to get counsel from lawyer and do everything by fax & certified mail. Otherwise they will make you feel crazy even after you've spoken to a lawyer and they will suggest THE SAME THING OVER & OVER AGAIN. No real help or care provided by BoA. I would hate to be a customer.
