Terrible ownership, so many of the dressees are damaged, some have nasty stains but still sells them for over $300 , she doesn’t truly sanitize any of the rental items or try on items. Nor does she have any care or respect for detail. Despite not liking something she will push what she believes to be right

Keelie @ Baileys Bridal is amazing! She is such a kind genuine person!! Having to shop for such an important day is not easy but she made the process enjoyable, exciting & go smoothly! She worked hard the whole time & truly understood my vision which was confusing haha

Keelie helped me find my DREAM dress - the dress I can’t wait to walk down the aisle to my groom to! Not only was she so welcoming and inviting to me and my family, but her outstanding customer service started even before I walked in the doors. She called me beforehand to learn all about our wedding and to really listen to me. Keelie paid attention to all the details and made me feel confident in my decisions for dresses, and just made me feel overall so excited about the way I looked. She is so kind and great at making the experience special (and all the other staff that helped us too - everyone was so invested in finding the perfect dress and making me feel beautiful)! After we left the salon, my family kept talking about how Keelie was the perfect person to help us! I am so grateful she was my stylist and would recommend Baley’s Bridal to anyone! Never got the chance to go. Booked an appointment online gave my credit card info for the 50$ cancellation fee, and was never sent a confirmation email. Received a text saying my appointment was canceled/double booked. I couldn’t reschedule. Kismet.
