my passenger side mirror came off and i was right next to this autozone next to my house so i went in and was helped by Ethan. I had an amazing experience everyone was chill and Ethan did everything he could to help me! I would recommend this place if you need help

I needed a new battery for my Yukon and knew they had gone up a lot in price over the past 2-3 years. The AutoZone nearest me had it in stock and installed in a very short order of time. Adam was polite, professional and got me back on the road in no time flat. Since I have an older vehicle I'm coming over here more frequently, and don't mind since the prices are fair and the help is always available.

The batteries on both of my key fobs went dead. I tried to open one of them up to replace the battery myself and everything in the key fob fell apart. I was way too scared to open the other fob to do that one. I went to this location and Ashley fixed both key fobs quickly and was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. This woman needs a raise. I highly recommend this location.

Last month, I went to this store for a free diagnostic testing because my engine light came on. After the test, I asked the guy who helped me if he could lend me a battery removal tool. I wanted to disconnect the battery and reconnect it so that the engine light would go away first and see if it would come back on. Then he gave me a tool, but that tool couldn't remove my battery, and then I went back. Asked him if he could lend me another one. At this time, the man wearing glasses with eyes problem seemed to be explaining the problem to the employee who helped me check the engine light. He seemed to be the manager. Then when he knew that I wanted to borrow tools, he told me that you can buy one, and then I said I just wanted to borrow it, and then he continued talking to the employee and never talked to me again. I waited there for ten minutes, and he kept pretending that I didn't exist. The young man seemed to be told not to lend it to me, and then he obviously avoided me. Finally, I had to leave. This is my first Google review, and it is also the most rude service staff I have encountered in all my years in the United States. I don’t know much about cars, so why should I buy something that may only be used once? I think even if I find a neighbor, they won’t be stingy about lending it to me once. Even if they don’t want to lend it to me, they can just tell me directly. “Sorry, we can't borrow it. You can buy it if you want to use it” instead of ignoring me for minutes. Moreover, there is an advertisement on the auto zone website that I can borrow tools. I only need to pay a deposit of the normal price of the tool. If I return it within three months, I can get a full refund. I'm an Asian, and I don't know if his attitude would be different if I were from other ethnic groups. Fortunately, he doesn't own auto zone, otherwise I feel like he would condescend everyone. Had some trouble replacing my liscense plate lights so I came here off a recommendation. Jorge and Ashley were so sweet and helpful! I was in and out with fixed lights in 10 minutes and on my way to pass my inspection. Thank you Autozone and the wonderful people that work there! Highly recommend!!!
