Wasted over 4 hours trying to license AutoCAD LT 2018. Product still not licensed. Multiple customer service calls dropped. Documentation is poor, badly organized and does not provide needed information. This is unacceptable.

Great software. Great purchasing experience. Review your options using their handy comparison charts and pricing for what you need. Five minutes to setup an account, have an active subscription purchased, and software downloading. Installation was smooth and software works perfectly.

Just paid for a Autodesk suite online, its been 2 hours and I still cannot get it to download. Autodesk sucks!!!
